After going here for a few years without problem, I looked forward to my biyearly appointment! Unfortunately, this time around, it was a very unpleasant experience. I was going to tolerate, and for the most part ignore the lack of professionalism and confidentiality as well, however, after being verbally attacked regarding my illness and being told to 'Yelp my blessed fibromyalgia heart away, sweetheart..' amongst other extremely degrading and nonfactual statements regarding my life and health.. Well I thought others should know the truth. For people struggling with illness or those that understand or even care for others with chronic diseases, this particular place may not be the right fit for you. If I would've realized how fake, opinionated, and judgmental this particular person was, I would've stopped going there sooner. Getting a decent hair cut isn't worth being degraded.

Had an appointment with Stacy yesterday and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I was greeted very well and I was offered water. Stacey took a lot of time my hair and made sure she took off any small stains on my face that might of been left over. I left looking bouncy and feeling pretty. When I got home my husband actually said I looked younger and took me on a date! This is my new go to place and I look forward to next time.

(i.e.: 'Maybe a hard day's work could help cure you some day.' when I have worked very hard for 22 straight years of my life.) Well I thought others should know the truth. For people struggling with illness or those that understand or even care for others with chronic diseases, this particular place may not be the right fit for you. If I would've realized how fake, opinionated, and judgmental this particular person was, I would've stopped going there sooner. Getting a decent hair cut isn't worth being degraded.

I’m a tired mommy of a 2 year old and don’t get much time to myself or I’m always pressed for time. Jenny gets me in right on time, every time and I’ve never had to wait, She gets a full head of perfect foils in, in a timely manner and not to mention she actually listens to what I ask her for and has nailed my hair every time!!! Jenny you are the absolute best and thank you for making this mama feel beautiful again!!

I have very short hair, and I am hesitant to go to the hairdresser. MANY bad haircuts and dye jobs in the past. Dawn specializes in color. She's a color genius, if you will. This salon is CLEAN. The owners OCD really makes it a better, cleaner experience. No covid fears. After years of horrible pixie haircuts, I finally found my "forever" salon. Anyone interested in a pro color and excellent cut needs to go here.
