The best chourico i've ever had! Also, they've got different kinds, and they have absolutely delicious slab bacon(smoked similarly to the chourico, i guess). Maybe i will get some baccalao there sometime. The folks working there are prompt, friendly, funny. Great place!

Michaels market has a larger selection of products and a better marketing drive so they are generally regarded as the best Portuguese meat and provisions in the area. Acoreana Mfg. Company makes by far the best "old school" Portuguese meat products. I know that I hailed Michaels, but this little family operated store produces the tastiest sausages I've ever had. You'll have to go there, as they don't market their meats but you won't be disappointing. Go to both places and compare for your self!

Linguica and cacoila are best I've had since my grandmother's many years. Have chourico to try. First time customers (live about 20 miles away),but will return. Well worth the trip. Just buy more next time.

The chourico is unreal! Only an Azorean could make it like this and the owner (Brian) is eye-candy so you can have a little dessert while you enjoy true Portuguese cuisine.
