Ernie was a great help. Even while I was trying too figure out how too go about repairing a vehicle, he went out of his way too find me discounted parts and came and found me outside the business too let me know he could help out a little more than he already had. GREAT customer service, I suggest everyone sees Ernie for your automotive needs and ANY tire issues. Great company, with a great sales team, and wrenches!!!! Thank you Ernie.!!!

They're alright for tires, but they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to anything else. I spent $900 on brake repairs last year, and now six months later I have to spend another $900 at a different mechanic because the guys at Sullivan installed them incorrectly. A family member of mine also recently had an issue with a new battery that was incorrectly installed by Sullivan. The second mechanic who actually fixed our stuff mentioned that he gets a LOT of people who need him to redo repairs that they'd just had done at Sullivan because they were done wrong by people with barely any experience. Save yourself the money and hassle and only go here for tires.

Extremely DISHONEST and shady. I took my car to get an oil change and left with a loud clicking noise and no oil. Upon checking my oil days later my mechanic noticed that it was completely dry! They never changed my oil and also tampered with my serpentine belt. The attorney General will be hearing about this. Stay far away from here guys.

2nd time I have stooped in there 2 get a sticker and there "Sticker" guy was not there, really none of your other mechanics are capable of doing a sticker? CRAZY!

The customer service from Richard R. was excellent. This is a service/sales team that puts themselves in the customer's shoes and they are fair and reasonable. They value creating and keeping a long term return customer over nickel-and-diming to make more money off you today. Great job Richard and Ernie with running the business/front end, and also great job to all the guys in the back on their clean and quick work. Service: 2 new tires plus special requests checked out.
