Had product listed in stock. Was told it wasnt in stock after driving 30 minutes to pick up. After was told it was in storage and packed for the season and they wouldn't unpack it from storage.

Like a mini Lowes or HD. I needed some plumbing stuff, and they had everything. The best part was very close to the house. I'll definitely be there more now that I know how good the selection is.

They made keys that didn't work. what an inconvience. I was in town for a day and couldn't go back to have the keys made again!

I came here one morning to purchase a tool for a job I was doing in Fairhaven. I lost the receipt I needed to get reimbursed by my job in Bourne. The manager Rebecca was phenomenal. At first she tried to email it. She tried multiple different emails and each time called back when it was not successful. When she heard I would have to travel from Bourne for the receipt she came up with the solution to fax it. She stayed on the phone until I received it. She was always so pleasant throughout the increasingly frustrating process. What a great customer service experience!

Great local hardware store. They have most of the basics, from paint to Power Tools, and haven't disappointed. There are usually good deals to be had, especially if you are an Ace member.

I experienced great customer service from a young man named Corbin. He was able to show me a few options for the items I needed and was very helpful informing me about the choices I had, and this young man carried my purchase to my car without being asked to do so, ( it was very heavy...!)..... five stars to that young man..! I will continue to do business with this hardware store....

Probably one of the most unappreciative ACE Hardware store I ever been in. We were never greeted when we entered the store and was never asked if they could help us find anything. If I'm ever back in the area again and need anything, I will go elsewhere, like to The Home Depot. Sorry ACE!

Nice hardware store , but register prices , go up fater than shelf prices.Once again I found the price on the shelf is different , and what they charge you at the register. I brought it back, and got a refund.Except product wasn't in the bag when I left.They need a new manager over there. I'm done!Hardware store on Fairhaven Bridge much better.
