Everyone at O’Reilly’s In Fairhaven MA, is always very helpful but today an associate named Ryan went out of his way to help me Remove a decal from my car saved me a lot of elbow grease that’s for sure! Haven’t had good customer service like this in a long time thank you!!

I usually go to auto zone (its closer) but they sold me a gas cap that didn't fit and they said all of them are the same. The gentleman at O'Reilly's went the extra step, and had the extra bit of knowledge that sometimes manufacturers change things mid year. My car is a 2012 he checked for a 2013 gas cap. Bam! it fit and it was 10 dollars cheaper than the 2012 gas cap. So yeah in this instance the employee went a little further and made all the difference. Great employees there - check it out.
