Always a 4-5 star shopping experience, but a 0 star checkout experience. I can never understand why it seems like time stands still in line at the register. always a long line to checkout, folks behind the register seem to have a good attitude/demeanor, but no sense of urgency whatsoever. Again usually very friendly staff, but always feels draining waiting to check out.
Today I discovered that regular cashiers are not allowed to delete an accidentally-scanned item, and need a manager or supervisor to come delete the item. This happened with the customer in front of me, and the cashier repeatedly had to yell out that they needed a delete, with no response from any sort of supervisor for a few minutes while the line grew longer. Finally after yelling out a few times, the cashier had to leave their post and go find a supervisor to come delete this item from the transactions. Why in the world do your cashiers not have the ability to delete a miss-scanned item???
Love this Job Lot’s selection, but yeah idk register is never moving at a normal speed

I was in line was long 1 cashier was waiting for a price check. I went into the other line with 2 people ahead of me then customer service woman called Cheryl called the woman behind me. I told Cheryl the right thing to do was to call next person she proceeded with getting loud with me . She was extremely disrespectful and definately shouldn't be in customer service . This is why people are jobless and stores are closing. I was not rude to her I just thought she should know that she should be calling the next in line not someone who had just approached the line while others wait for a price check in another line and me waiting.

Always can find different things from new prepared foods from other countries, pet supplies, household items, outdoor supplies, to cool gadgets and ,of course, crazy deals and cards. Only problem is their online deals need to be picked up at the store and not delivered like other stores so I don't do online deals.

I like job lot, they sell such random things sometimes that you may not find at other stores especially when it comes to food/snack items. My 1 criticism would be cashing out. It's sooooooo slow to get out of the store when you do purchase something. It's always like 1 register open and it's always some person who is incredibly slow for no reason it other than that it's a good store.

Clean store, great selection and prices. Staff was very friendly and didn't mind my crazy 3 year old at the register. In fact she tried to engage with him. Very sweet. This is one of the better Ocean State stores that I've been to. We came for some toys to donate at an event tonight and boy did we make a good choice coming here for them. I'd definitely recommend this location in Fairhaven.

Needed batteries for flame less candals and as usual they were available. Got other things that were not on t h e list, but I can use, for example thermo lined gloves at a bargain price. Great visit!
