This place has been going down hill since Dr. Lord left and finally plummeted when Dr. Dagenais left for greener pastures. I noticed this practice always over booked and the staff has never been punctual. Not all but some of the front end staff has a chip on their shoulder, last I checked you work in a veterinary practice slow down. Furthermore, it's evident this place is struggling since Dagenais departure. It's been over a month and we just got word that our records still haven't been emailed to Dagenais office. Terrible service with terrible staff.

When we arrived at the place this morning and checked in, the interaction was fine. The vet technician saw us and validated our concerns. A little after, they had said they weighed my dog and said he lost 14 pounds. Which worried me because my dog did not appear to have lost that much weight. When we arrived in the evening, the interaction was okay. Waiting room was okay. When we were called up, the vet assistant said the wrong name for the dog which caused us not to respond as we thought another dog and owner were being called. As they were figuring out the situation, they realized they called the wrong name for the dog. However the vet tech said something like “I’m calling the name and they didn’t stand up.” Maybe you should say the correct name of the dog. We get in the exam room. The doctor did an okay job explaining to us what the issue was. She was pleasant. The doctor said that my dog would need a cone. When the vet tech came back, we did not have a cone. I’m not sure if they even communicated that back and forth. We told her that we needed a cone. We also asked to have his weight re checked and found out that it was actually a four pound difference instead of 14. When we checked out, it was fine. I think they should work on communication and make sure that they are calling the correct name of the dog. I also think they should do better in pet education as yes there is YouTube and Google but it would have been nice to have a paper detailing his health issue and how to put a cone on and off. Hopefully after some time, we will switch to another pet hospital.

Brought my cat Max in Monday morning. He never made it back home. ? I want to thank doctor McKenna and the whole staff for there support. The doctor was Awsome she went threw everything with me. So understanding and caring. I just want to thank you all again for being there for me and Max ??

The whole staff are awesome! Had to bring my cat Max there. Thought he was coming home. He did last week in a urn. Dr McKenna was great. I swear the whole place hurt me cry. Didn't have to pay the bill that day. U could wait a couple days. When he came back. The presentation was beautiful. Want expecting the beautiful paw print. I thank Dr McKenna and the whole staff. Never put down an animal before. They made it feel I could do it. Thank you all

Called to speak with them to see if they have a dermatologist but you actually can't do that.....had to make an appointment and pay to have them probably tell me they have no such specialist. As a nurse, its a good thing I don't treat my HUMAN clients like this

Was able to get my sick dog in quicker than most places. Friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable. Easy services with medications being filled on site

They are always so good with our cat. She is 25 this year. We have been coming here for years an years now. Great staff there. Always friendly n ready to help. 3/12 24. Just came back service was good but prices I think are wayyy out of line. You get to the point where you can't take your pet to the vet. Prices was very high there

I can't say enough good things about New England Animal Hospital. Both of my senior cats are patients here and as can be expected, they are often in need of an unexpected visit. The entire staff is so caring and they go the extra mile to get us in and out.

I have been taking my pets here for over 30 years and I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff are all friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable and I would recommend highly them to anyone.

This by far is the best veterinary staff! My Great Dane is a tough patient and they deal with him with such love and patience. A shout out to all the staff at New England Animal Hospital. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Our Vet. Dr.Doshi was very attentive and listened to our concerns with our 10 yr.old Corgi, Molly. The Vet Teach was very nice also. The wait is unbelievably long. But, it has been this way since I brought our first pup in 30 years ago! The staf seems to be working like crazy, but they have so much on their plates it seems they will never catch up. I had no one in front of me and yet waited 16 minutes standing there just to check in. Again, it does not seem like their fault. As I watch it, it just looks like they are all juggling way too much! Then again, our document everything society has put more onto all medical fields. The girls behind the desk are still very sweet. Its as if they have too much to juggle...and believe me, I KNOW! I can juggle!
