Just paid someone to tell them how to do their job. We wanted to see someone this year because we knew this year was a little difficult because we got out of the military and military taxes are already confusing. After arguing for about 2 weeks telling her the same thing over and over and even doing a few google search ourselves we knew more than her. We were gunna owe almost 1000 in taxes because she did them incorrectly. And then we had to mail in our own information after. But don’t worry they only charged over 300 dollars to tell them what to do. Just do turbo tax save yourself the time and money.

Highly recommend going to this H&R Block location for not only this tax season but for all future tax seasons! Been having my taxes filed with tax pro Mike Hillman for years and his thoroughness and accuracy has maximized my returns in ways unbeknownst to me, as if he was conjuring up extra money just through his clicks and calculations on the keyboard. This year alone he doubled my return by discovering an error on my part with my health insurance and was able to get back the full amount I paid for a year! Always enjoy my time here in person even if filing taxes online tends to be cheaper and I am looking forward to my appointment next year- same time, same place!

Carol couldn’t have been less helpful, she had a bad attitude about me not knowing certain things since it was my first time filing a 1099 with a new company and it seems she couldn’t grasp the concept of being an independent contractor as well as insinuated I was exaggerating the miles I put on my car for work. Will never go to H&R Block again and do not recommend.

Had my taxes done at the end of January telling the lady that she made a mistake because I have never in my life received back what I was getting back and she insisted that it was no mistake now almost April and I still have not received any taxes I received a letter from the IRS stating that it was going to be up to another $120 days due to several mistakes made on my taxes

Great tax office! My wife and I worked with Richard Furtado and he was great with filing our taxes. He worked hard to ensure that we decreased our tax liability and informed us of any changes in tax law. We would definitely return to have Richard help prepare our taxes again.
