A 10 star is an understatement. If you want to deal with experts and a group who treats you more like family and not a number, you need to do business with these guys. I’ve been struggling to find parts and reasonable labor for months and the very day I went to Getty they were able to source and complete my truck (the next business day) hats off to these guys!

I've been coming here for 5+ years for all my auto repair needs. Tim and the guys are awesome! The quality of their work is amazing. They are efficient and hard working. They've helped me out in emergencies and always come through in a pinch. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

The gentlemen at this gas station are always willing to help and bend over backwards for their customers. Always a smile on the attendants faces and the owner always with a smile on his face and delightful conversation. No reason to ever go anywhere else!!!

Been stopping there for gas for years, decided to have them change oil. Told them to put regular oil, and they put synthetic oil. They insisted they had to put synthetic after l have been using regular for years.. Not good Customer should be able to get what he asked for Had to go to another mechanic to drain out the synthetic for regular Owner was very billigerent.

This place is not good. I bought Toyota Corolla in Rhode Island. Test drove it several times. Drove fine with no issues. The day I bought it I stopped at this Getty for inspection sticker. After the inspection he came out and said "I have to give you a rejection sticker because the exhaust failed." Then he asked "How much did you pay for this?" After I told him he immediately said " You should bring this car back ...I can get you one at the auction for $1500 less." To me that sounded kind of fishy. So I left and brought it to a friend who works on cars. On the way there the check engine light came on. He said there was nothing wrong with the exhaust system at all and actually stated that the exhaust was really tight and in great shape. So I took it back to the place I bought it and the Toyota service center went through it and determined that it may have been tampered with causing the check engine light to come on. We then took it up the street and it easily passed inspection. After talking to a few friends about this place none of them had a good experience there. Two of them actually said they failed inspection there and then got approved the same day somewhere else. Another friend said he asked for $20 gas...they actually pumped $40 and said he had to use his credit card because he had no other cash on him. How can this place still be in business with service like this? Something needs to be done! This guy is a thief!!!!

My family and I have been coming to these guys for repairs for close to 20 years! They always do a great job and charge super fairly. Super cool people who are always ready to lend a helping hand!! They also recently hooked me up with a great deal on a used 2016 Honda Civic that I’m super happy with ?. Highly recommended!!!
