However, there is a request for more employees to assist customers quickly, as self-service should remain optional.

Arrived at 7:55 for my 4 year olds prescription and they were closed already… sign says they don’t close until 8pm… now my son has to go without his medicine for half a day because y’all wanted to go home early ?? #dobetter

Far better than they used to be. Pharmacy is better staffed, haven't seen the horribly long waits of a few years back.
