I was waiting for a shop to open and he drove by. Was at my house within the hour after my initial call and diagnosed the problem on the spot. I’d like to think I’m pretty handy but sometimes you just need a professional. I’m very happy with the result and will be doing business with him again in the future.

Seen this one day and thought wow that's a great idea. A mobile mechanic that comes to your home and fixes your car. It would be great if I could have actually got my car fixed and didn't have my time wasted. I call and explain the issue and the guy seemed nice. I wanted to have my alternator replaced and he said yes he does that so I was happy. So instead of making an appointment somewhere else I waited a week for him to come check out my car. He confirms yes it's def an alternator that needs to be replaced and tells me he can give me a call with the price and schedule a date to be fixed. After a week I received no call so I contacted him and he tells me sorry he'll get a hold of me later that day with the price (which was annoying I waited all week and he still didn't know) he then texts me later that day and says sorry he doesn't want to do the job he doesn't like doing alternator jobs. I'm thinking wth when I first called I said alternator , when he looked at the car he said confirmed yes alternator then when I contacted him after a week of being ignored he knew it was an alternator I was waiting on the price for and never once said anything about not wanting the job so basically 2 weeks of my time wasted just for him to say he doesn't like doing alternator jobs yet advertises as doing big and small jobs. So I ended up having to make an appointment at a real mechanic shop and got it fixed a week later so in total car was out of commission for 3 weeks instead of 1 week which screwed me a lot.

Quotes a price and shows up then says He can't do the job because "alternator is crammed in" took a day out of work to get my car fixed only to have this "Mechanic" stiff me. If He misquoted me he could have easily said it was going to cost a bit more and it would have been no issue instead he threw his hands up and cost me a day of work. Extremely unprofessional.
