The work that Care Free did for us was performed very professionally and efficiently. The follow up customer service was beyond what I have experienced in the past with other companies. Both Neil S. and Daniel D. are skilful professionals that completed the work very neatly ,completely along with good customer skills. From my first interaction with Dana and Bob L. through the final details with Bob P., I really feel as though the whole process was smooth. Thanks again, I hope to work with you again in the future. We needed to repair shingles on the southside of the house and we also needed a new storm door. Care Free Homes Inc. serviced this very well. The professionalism and the business are superb. It begins with the call, then the project manager, Robert Lima, who visits the property and then the team is chosen to do the job. They supply EVERYTHING!!! Chris and Justin were the team sent to do our job. They were very neat and perfectionists. It was beautifully done and clean!!! All I can say, is outstanding. And, very reasonably priced. In fact, we will be using Care Free homes once again for our roof. And Robert Lima was the manager who came out to inspect the job once it is completed so, I am sure he will be handling this roof project and setting us up with a fantastic team. I love this company and thank you Justin and Chris for an awesome job!!!

Recently had a side entrance garage door replaced with a Fiberglass door. Installers, Neil S. and Daniel D. did an excellent job. Very Professional work. Perfectly aligned and sealed, no more leaks or drafts.These two take pride in their work. I highly recommend Care Free Homes.

A truly pleasurable experience. Curtis and Nate did a wonderful and professional job on our home. We replaced all of our trim with Azec and it was all done to our demanding specifications. They were a delight to work with and accommodated all of our requests. They were ably assisted by Danni, Kevin, and Neil, who were also thorough and professional.
I highly recommend CareFree Homes to anyone looking for construction or remodeling.

Carefree Homes crew did an amazing job redoing our pool deck. Eddie and Kevin ensured any defects or structure issues were corrected before completing the deck. They replaced the lattice, rebuilt the stairs and gates. Quality work that’s guaranteed. Thank you Carefree Homes.

Care Free Homes just finished replacing all the shingles on our roof and making repairs to the cement board in areas where it was damaged. The process went smoothly from start to finish. The crew did a great job, was courteous, and always cleaned up after every day's work. They accelerated our project into their schedule when my roof began to leak after a severe storm, and came back several times to replace damaged cement board I first noticed after the crews had already left. Nathan, Dana, Stephanie, Paul, and their team did a fantastic job and I give them my highest recommendation.

I have no hesitation recommending Care Free Homes as a window installer. We had a pretty large project; 30+ windows, one of them requiring a cut out of the interior and exterior walls to put a smaller awning window where a larger double hung window was originally. From the first conversation we had with Nate it was clear we were dealing with serious professionals. (We passed on Renewal by Andersen as they would have cost twice as much and near as I could tell the product and the workmanship was comparable.) Jeff and Jayden showed up on the day and time we had agreed upon and then set out to work in a clean and efficient manner for the duration of the project. Because our old windows were in rough shape they had to be both in and outside of the house and they took great care to clean as they went and were extremely careful around our belongings. These two guys were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would have them do work on my house again without hesitation. The job went exactly as we had been told. Awesome crew. I would recommend Care Free Homes to anyone doing a window replacement project.

Care Free Homes did a complete exterior remodel to our home. From the decking to the windows which Neil did a great job trimming out to the new screen porch and siding which Curtis and Nathan were super helpful and nice to work with were very respectful to our property. As far as the office goes Dana was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Care Free Homes to anyone that asks. Thanks to a job well done.

We had Care Free Homes do a complete exterior renovation to our home built in the 80s. We had all new windows, decking and siding installed and the finished project was even better looking than we thought. Everyone that sees it is amazed at the transformation. We replaced the deck first then the windows arrived which were installed and trimmed out quickly. **** did a great job with the interior trim. During the project we decided to add a screen porch onto the back which came out great. The siding was completed once the screen porch was built. ****** and ****** did the siding and screen porch. They did a great job and were very helpful and accommodating with everything. As far as the office goes **** was fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend Care Free Homes to anyone that asks.
