Be careful with this place as I believe they are committing fraud. I reached out to them a few weeks back and left a voicemail for their manager Cindy and advised it was a possible legal matter but never heard back. Back story is I was contacted by a pet plan I previously had, that a claim was filed by this facility. First it was under my deceased dog's name. Second it had the owner as my niece's name. Third this facility is in Massachusetts and I live in Florida and never ever lived in Massachusetts. And also the claim was filed for some lengthy services and oddly enough had an employee discount applied and was posted by their supervisor Wendy. Since I have not heard back from them I will be looking into further legal matters and the Better Business bureau. I believe that either the manager is aware of it and that is why they have never reached back to me or the office staff avoided giving her the message to cover up.

I never feel pressured to do more than is needed, however I am always provided clear guidance and feel confident to follow the recommendations. My pets see Drs Jay and Rocha, both are knowledgeable and engage with me in a way that I understand. I trust them and consider them a partner in my pet’s health.

It was a pleasure to meet our new vet. She was pleasant, professional, empathetic and appeared to enjoy working with my dog and I. Her knowledge was very thorough and we have a plan for Linus moving forward.

Always had a great experience here. They have caring staff that offer full transparency regarding my pet’s care. They also go over the different options available for my pet’s care. They are not judgmental regarding what we can/cannot afford to do during our visit..unlike other vet offices. I live 40 minutes away since I moved out of the area and the drive is 100% worth it. I will never go anywhere else!

Front staff is very friendly on phone and in person. They listen to your concerns and try to get an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Jay listens to our concerns and communicates what she thinks is our dog's medical problem and provides us with different options. She is honest and asks pertinent questions to make sure we are both on the same page. She goes above and beyond for her patients and families. The staff is also very sensitive to the situation as well.

This place is money hungry!! All they want is money. I brought my cat in he wasn't feeling well and was always laying down!! We got Veronica Vargas and she was terrible and unprofessional she wasn't gentle with my cat. She was talking so fast we couldn't understand her or her medical terminology everything was a money grab tests for blood, tests for scans etc! Brought my cat to a different vet because I wasn't happy with your services. I will not be returning with any of my pets. My pets are my family, not a paycheck.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET! MONEY MONEY MONEY PLEASE READ SORRY FOR THE LONG REVIEW but u will see what they do here! I am not one to write reviews but, I am so upset and heartbroken that I lost my pet because of them, they misdiagnosed my cat. We have 3 siamese cats that has gone here for many many years, brought one of my siamese cats in back in April as he was heavy breathing. The Veterinarian Veronica Vargas was not compassionate at all. We explained he doesn't bite yet she was using a tongue depresser trying to pry his mouth open and hurting him, she did a quick check. We asked about his heart as he has a heart murmur and she said sounded good a very quick check as well, she explained his heavy breathing was because he was over worked coming to the vet. She was more concerned about his tooth and getting it extracted then anything else. She came in talked really fast and explained medications that my cat would need but wasn't clear what they where for. I had to keep asking what it was for, her language barrier and speed talk didn't help me or my husband understand. She tried to give us 5 cans of medicated food as I explained 1 is best because he dont eat anything but his dry food again money, She again spoke fast and gave us a mock up of blood tests to do. When she got the results she left a voice mail again talking fast we had to keep listening over and over to understand, stating everything was good and the CK was slightly elevated but it was because of muscle issue from trying to get blood from our cat. My husband went into our cats portal and saw one of his blood tests very elevated which was the Ck our hearts are a muscle so that should of alerted her when we said he has a heart murmur! . My husband called to have a follow up because his breathing was still heavy not as bad but still concerned office said the dr would call us back, the office called asking for us to do an echo scan of his heart which would cost 400 after the 500 we spent for him to be seen the 1st time. My husband again asked if we can have a follow up for the dr to see our cat again and they said the dr would call us. Never got a call back asking about his well being, all because no echo was done on him. Had she listened to his heart LIKE WE ASKED she would know there was fluid built up around it she did NOT need a machine to tell her that!
Well we are in June and my poor cat has passed away we drove him to an ER for his heavy breathing that came back strong again and they diagnosed him with fluids around his heart and heart failure WITHOUT ANY BLOOD TESTS OR XRAYS OR SCANS! I will NOT be going back to this place with my remaining 2 cats, this place is all ABOUT MONEY and nothing more! If a Veterinarian can't diagnosis a concerning muffling in the heart with a stethoscope makes me question where they get their DVM degree from?

Thank you very much Melissa for the accommodation you made for us on Saturday. As a new client Melissa went above an beyond what was expected. Dr. Jayaram and the tech were excellent. Dr. Jayaram took her time gave her a complete exam and fully explained by dog's problem. My dog had a UTI and is overweight. We are addressing both issues. I believe they will have to add Polish Lowland Sheepdog to their breed database.
