“Kate was exceptional! Unlike the rude, uncaring , inconsiderate New Bedford location. I had an issue for a month and a half with a certified check drawn on their bank. Kate not only handled the issue within 15 minutes but also will only be helping me with future transactions, it’s like a night and day experience between branches where the New Bedford location is the wicked witch of the west. In Kate’s Branch I was not only welcomed but also MY NEEDS WERE MET unlike the uncanny New Bedford Branch with their “I don’t know what to tell you.” 10/10 stars for Fairhaven”
