I went into this bank for the first time last week and had the pleasure of having Rachel assist me. She was so kind and really went above and beyond with a smile on her face the whole time. When I left I called my husband to tell him I will only go to this location from now on even if it is not the closest to me. So worth it when there are employees like Rachel who genuinely care!

I come to this location on a regular basis and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Any and all of your banking needs will be filled. Rachael, Matt, and Michael go above and beyond. Outstanding work, I'm extremely satisfied, this banking team is like no other (smile emoji)

I’m thoroughly confused at the bad reviews, because this bank is awesome. I come to Bank of America in fairhaven every morning for work related things. Rachel is so extremely nice and friendly. Always going the extra mile for me and everyone else I see in there. I actually stopped going to a different Bank of America to come to this one!!!

I don’t know why I’m seeing bad reviews about this bank. I go to this bank plenty of times and the people hear are always helpful and friendly especially that female teller Rachel. She has a wonderful smile and always goes the extra mile for her customers. I have seen her show an elderly person how to use the ATM. Out of all the times I’ve been there I have never seen her give someone an attitude and makes sure customers are fully satisfied before they leave the bank. I highly recommend this branch to anyone.

Rachael walked me through resetting my pin at the atm because the bankers weren’t available at the time. She was patient and very knowledgeable. She was also very smiley and happy through the whole process!

The teller Rachel was amazing helped me out and guide me step by step on how to solve my problem extremely friendly and educated the all process one of the best costumer services I ever had in a bank definitely worth the travel there every time with a employee like her .

The teller was a mid twentys red headed girl. She was extremely unprofessional and as rude as could be.. I would never do business with this bank again.. she swore at me several times, because I asked a simple question about cashing a check.. A well know bank such as Bank of America should never employ staff like this.. disappointed is an understatement.. stay clear of this branch.

The tellers are extremely rude worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank . Because of this I’ve pulled over 450 k out of the bank in the past month and invested in other banks that actually have money markets and with my financial advisor. These people being rude has actually been a blessing in disguise because now I’ll be make an extra 28 k a year through cds paying 5.2 percent with Charles Schwabb and money markets at Santander paying 3.3 percent. Bank America does not have money market accounts this is a bank for the poor that wants to charge you interest on loans instead of paying out to customers that have large amounts of cash. This is the worst bank anyone could use and I would like to thank the lady teller who was extremely rude to me because it made me wake up and now I’ll be making another 28 k a year in interest from other banks and Ameriprise financial. When I told the tellers I’ll pull all my money out of here because how I was being treated she and another male teller said , go ahead we dont care we see more money than this all the time lol ya they see that money in other people’s accounts not there’s. Great employees working hard for the establishment.

People that answer the phones there must all have hearing problems! The guy I spoke to just kept saying Ha! Ha!I have worked in customer for 25 years... I would never have kept repeating myself 10 times with the word "ha" !!

I went to this branch because my debit card just expired and I haven't received a new one. I also need to change my last name. The woman at the counter told me my husband would need to be present for me to change my name to my married name even though I have my license and marriage certificate. I asked if I could open an account in my own name and she told me no.That's fine that I can't change my name on my account without my husband present, but we work opposite schedules and can't come in together unless one of us takes the day off. Now I'm without a debit card.Why can't I open an account in my own name?I have no debit card and am unable to get access to my money. We WILL be switching banks. This is unacceptable. The woman offered me no solution. We have had BOA for over 10 years. Time for a change!

Got in and out in no time at all. The girl working the counter was very polite, and efficient. Handed her a check and ten seconds later she handed me money. Pretty quick service in my opinion
