Lived here for a few months so far and can honestly say this place is such a nuisance and not at all worth a penny. The doggie daycare across the street leaves the dogs unattended outside from 6am-10pm so it’s non stop barking and if you work from home like I do it’s impossible to get away from. Shutting a window does nothing since the walls here are super thing. I can literally hear my neighbor singing even at a small pitch. There’s construction still going on in the apartment too for some reason, probably poorly built to begin with so constant maintenance issues and loud construction noises starting at 8am which isn’t the absolute worst but they have taken up the entire parking lot leaving dangerous amounts of debris everywhere and forced residents to park on the street where as luck would have it the apartment failed to trim their own trees enough that street signs are blocked including the permit parking only signs so everyone’s getting tickets constantly. There’s also a few neighbors who don’t walk their dogs enough so they end up peeing in the elevator almost daily and in the hallway carpets all of the time. This never gets cleaned immediately it always takes a while. One time there was even diarrhea spread all over the walls of the lobby and down the hallway. Disgusting but they refuse to put up cameras so they also don’t care enough to do anything about it despite it being such an issue. If you can stand hundreds of dogs barking a day and never having parking, this is a great place for you. Most of the residents leave as soon as their lease is up and now I see why. Way too overpriced for such a lack of decent amenities. Also when we moved in there was a lot left uncleaned from the last resident, including a dryer FULL of lint that looked like it was ready to cause a fire before we ever even got to use it. Left over holes in the walls, and water damage in the ceilings.
Highly recommend running as far from this place as possible.

I live in one of the units on the 3rd floor and after being here for almost a year and a few months I have come to not enjoy this place. Depending on the problems you have the maintenance team might not get too it no matter how many requests you put in. Lots of people who litter and do not pick up after themselves. My neighbors are fine and the noise isn't too loud at all which is nice.
It is VERY hard to contact the leasing office and get in touch with the manager, he seems to never be available unless its through email. The garage door is almost always broken and not working, we had to put in about 4 requests to be fixed and they take some time to get around too it. At one point we had one exit and enter only and it was concerning for my vehicle. Same goes for the elevator that is always broken. For what you are paying for these units you shouldn't be having a broken garage, or garage key fob, elevator etc.
My apartment flooded and it was a hassle overwhelming concerning and a huge inconvenience to my family and I. The equipment is not checked enough for when things start to expire such as a water heater bursting water everywhere, toilet CPVC pipe bursting, fire alarms being pulled and the sprinklers going everywhere. They should consider making around to do that rather than waiting for these issues to come around.
Along with all those issues we are seeing roaches and we are VERY clean with minimal furniture. They have been pretty good about getting an exterminator to come out as soon as possible as we let them know but yet the problem is not resolved and we are still seeing them. There is fruit flies, nats and flies in the trash room that make their way into our apartment but we let them know to make sure it is constantly cleaned.
Yes there is a ton of negative things happening in this apartment complex but there is also some positive such as when the problem is fixed, they do accommodate us as much as they can depending on the issue. Will the property manager isn't the worst ever, maybe if he had extra help they would be better off taking care of more things.
This apartment complex would be a lot better if they workers cared a little bit more and showed more sympathy for their residents who are living here as well as kept up with cleaning the rugs in the hallway, checking in on the unit and their needs to make sure everything was going okay, If they were more aware of the issues that are being presented and fixed quickly.

Lived there for one year from 2022 into 2023. Hard to complain about pricing in the greater Boston area because everything is so expensive there, but generally the apartment itself was very nice and worth the money. The sole reason for the lower rated review is that you are 100% at the mercy of your upstairs neighbor as to the quality of life the apartment will actually afford to you. YOU HEAR AND FEEL THEIR EVERY MOVEMENT (not an exaggeration, hence the all caps treatment). The apartment literally shakes. So if you have an upstairs neighbor who doesn't put down carpeting, walks with a heavy step, has small children running around, and generally doesn't care about how disruptive their movements are to their downstairs neighbors, you will experience the nightmare I experienced there. No lie when I say I did not enjoy a single evening in that apartment because the tenant above me decided 7:00PM onward through the night required non-stop movement. Couldn't enjoy just sitting and quietly watching a movie in my own apartment - was not possible. Management does absolutely nothing about that and, frankly, it's difficult to blame someone for moving around and just using their apartment and making a bunch of noise that doesn't involve loud music and partying and what not. Management will only act if you file a noise complaint with the police and, again, it's hard to do that when the intrusive noise is just someone who moves around loudly and not someone playing loud music. Just will say that when I was touring the place, the leasing agent named Mitchell at the time promised me that it was a really quiet building when I made it known that noise was my top concern, and he flat-out lied - he called it "normal apartment noise" but I can assure you after living in a bunch of apartments in my life that the noise you hear from your upstairs neighbor in this place is NOT normal. If you do decide to rent there, invest in a pair of Bose Sleepbuds - best $250 I ever spent, wouldn't have gotten a wink of sleep living there without them. And hope you don't have a selfish and nocturnal neighbor residing above you.

The number on the website connects to a offsite agent. I requested a call back with an onsite agent twice but never heard back. We flew to Boston to look at apartments and decided to visit and schedule a tour. The leasing agent's response was "Sorry, I don't have the time". Why would you have a leasing office if you don't answer or return calls and don't have the time?

We’ve lived here for almost two years now, and it’s been mostly good.We started experiencing severe rodent infestation in January, 6 months ago, and although we’ve has pest control over a few times, we cannot get rid of the problem, and it seems to be getting worse. The management team has stopped responding to our request to fix this issue, and our apartment has now become uninhabitable.

Drew and Mitchell in the leasing office are so kind and very attentive - and always try to help/make issues right. After living here for 1.5 years in a 1 bedroom, enjoyed it here so much that I decided to move into a 2 bedroom in the same building. The walls are sufficiently insulated, the free parking is a great perk, and while it might not have everything, it's great for the cost of the rent.

I would not recommend applying to live in this community. When dealing with the leasing office it was clear that they have no interest in you as an individual. At no point during the application process was I disclosed that my deposit was non-refundable after 72hrs. They would rather hold your money hostage than work with you as a person.

Soundproofing is awful. Loud noises from upstairs neighbors shakes our windows & people in zoom calls have been concerned with the sounds they hear from our neighbors. It’s one of the reasons I regret signing a one year lease. Don’t recommend.

I've enjoyed living here the past 2+ years and I am sad to leave. We are relocating due to a job opportunity, otherwise we would stay put! LOCATION: The building is well-located (near Costco, Best Buy, Target, Breweries, Assembly Row, and the T) and reasonably priced in comparison to apartments of the same caliber. The drive into Boston is roughly 15-20 mins without traffic. Main complaint would be traffic in the mornings if you are headed 93 South; it can sometimes take just 30 mins to get on the highway (usually a drive that takes less than 10 mins). I used to work in the South End (5 mile drive) and it would take me an hour to get there leaving here at 8 am. The Orange Line T (Wellington Station) is nearby but a 20 minute walk still (3 min drive). BUILDING: The building itself is fine. I noticed they updated the carpeting and furniture in the common spaces recently. I see reviews that the building is noisy, which has not been my experience really. My previous neighbors spoke loudly and I could hear them at times through our shared wall, but this will be a common issue with most apartment living and it isn't an issue anymore with the new tenant. There are many couples with dogs or children which I rarely hear unless passing by the hallways. The fire alarm has been an issue a couple of times which is annoying as the whole building has to evacuate (not fun when you are woken up by a fire alarm at 3 am :/ ) but this is also rare. AMENITIES: You should note the building does not have a pool or outside "hangout areas" like a grilling space or bonfire, likely why the cost is lower than other luxury apts. It does include a small gym, Amazon lockers, and a recreation room/shared office space with a printer and TV. Parking is free for 1st vehicle, but there is plenty of street parking or a nearby lot for a very low cost. We are also next to brand new tennis courts, 2 dog parks, and a bike path. SAFETY: I have never felt unsafe in this area. I sometimes walk at night and it is quiet. There are signs for coyote sightings in the nearby park.MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE: Management and Maintenance staff have been courteous and professional in my interactions both in-home or around the building. Sometimes it is tough flagging down someone at the front desk since it's only one guy working but email is usually best. Maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours. The building is relatively new so I don't really have issues with my appliances/plumbing/electric that would require maintenance to intervene with often.

Packages get stolen a lot. There is NO secure area for UPS or FedEx. It is a shame for a such nice apartment complex to not to think about these issues.Everett police told me they don't look for lost packages and it seems like happening a lot.

DO NOT move here. I lived here for one year. I moved out and got email confirmation that I would get my security deposit back. 4 months later they refuse to answer my calls or emails and I’m having to take them to court to get my security deposit back. The worst experience of my life.
