I would not recommend applying to live in this community. When dealing with the leasing office it was clear that they have no interest in you as an individual. Soundproofing is awful. Loud noises from upstairs neighbors shakes our windows & people in zoom calls have been concerned with the sounds they hear from our neighbors. It’s one of the reasons I regret signing a one year lease. Don’t recommend.

Packages get stolen a lot. There is NO secure area for UPS or FedEx. It is a shame for a such nice apartment complex to not to think about these issues.Everett police told me they don't look for lost packages and it seems like happening a lot.
