“My 2 k9 girls, 2 feline boys all go to Banfield. Very friendly and professional. They saved both my girls many of times. They helped them to live beyond expectations.”
“Dr. Leslie and her staff are the best. They clearly care about my dogs and me. They take time to get to know me as well as them. I always look forward to my vet visits!”
“We recently switched to Borash and we are so glad we found them. We have a Chi Mix (who doesnt mind the vet visit) and a Pittie Mix (anxious and scared). We have brought them both in for a wellness visit and vaccines and were very happy with the care they provided to our very different dogs. Both Dr. Southgate and Dr. Poirier were thorough, kind and answered all of our questions. Making an appointment is easy through their online booking system and they are quick to answer emails. I would highly suggest checking Borash Vet Clinic out if you are looking for a new office or to make a switch.”
“As a new client with a sick cat, I was treated with kindness, grace and quality care for my baby. We were fit in the next day, the bill was reasonable and Dr Levine was fantastic. Excited to have found a new vet for my 2 cats.”

60 Massachusetts Ave, Boston“My cat Buddy had some scary experiences at local area vets where they actually harmed him and he developed GI issues due to the stress of their insensitive handling, and he became terrified of vet visits. Luckily, I've discovered BetterVet mobile vets and they are awesome. Our current vet is Dr. Peter Gollub and he is wonderful! In addition to being a very smart & skilled vet, he's kind, patient, and understanding of my cat's nervousness. He and the staff he arrives with always take their time talking with us and going over any and all concerns, and he's very gentle and "calming" with Buddy. He's the only vet who was able to get Buddy to approach him to eat treats from his hand. Also, the online service is quick and easy to use, and I always get a response from them immediately when I use the online chat feature. Highly recommended!”

17 Elm St, Stoneham“Doctor is a best, he knows what is the problem right away. Gives recommendations which are of the best interest for you and your pet. Very cool pet friendly facility. Very friendly stuff. This is the only vet please my anxious dog happy to go. Highly recommend.”
“Amazing what else can I say I take my 5 dogs there and they treat them like there own and the doctors are the best around in my opinion.i have had been experience other places but never with this place.i wouldn't go anywhere else.”
“Absolutely love it there. It's a wonderful clinic and everyone is so sweet and helpful. I have been bringing my exotic lizards (bearded dragons) here for a while and they are so helpful. This is an amazing place for exotic pets or any other. A special shout out to Dr. Avery for helping me when I took in a rescue. I totally recommend!”
“My family has brought our pets to Thrive (formerly Looby Vet Group) for almost twenty years. We have always found the vets and other staff to be extremely efficient, kind, and helpful. If our pets could talk, we know they'd agree!”
“My dog is terrified of the vet and everyone at Central Animal Hospital is so patient, kind, and accommodating for us in order to make the visit go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them to all, but especially if your pet usually has a difficult time with the vet.”

156 Cambridge St Suite 1, Burlington“We have a twelve week old pup and our introductory visit to this veterinary practice was terrific. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly (we met Gabby), and our vet tech Grace was super skillful, caring and efficient. Dr McCullough got right down on the floor and our pup sat in her lap for the exam, shot etc...what a great experience! She took her time with us and was informative and very kind. Thank you so much CSAH :)”
“We love City Cats! We've gone there for a few years now, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. We actually moved to the South Shore but still keep our appointments with City Cats, because they're that good. Dr. Palopoli and the other staff are so caring and I've always found the whole practice transparent in terms of pricing and test options. I've never felt 'taken advantage of' like I have in the past at other practices. Highly recommend :)”
“We bring our two dogs to Heal. We first brought our younger dog about a year and a half ago after hearing how well the team at Heal handles anxious pups, particularly those who struggle with receiving veterinary care. We've been thrilled with the entire team at Heal from those at the front desk to the techs to veterinarians. The visits at Heal are considerably longer, when needed, than what we experienced at our prior vet clinics. Gone are the days of rushed visits. We now feel more like an active member of our dogs' team, partnering with the vet staff. The team at Heal does a great job managing clinic operations. The clinic environment is generally quiet. Gone are the days of having to sit in a crowded waiting room with anxious/stressed animals. Communication via email pre/post visits has been effective and efficient. Communication about pricing has been clear: for more involved visits or visits with procedures, they have sent us cost estimates in advance of the visit, and, at the time of visits, they have reviewed the bill for that day with us.We travel about 30min to get to Heal--instead driving down the road 10min, to our prior vet clinic--because the care at Heal is worth it.”
“We have been going to Back Bay Vet for all 15+ years of our pug's life and they've been a trusted partner the entire journey. We always feel comfortable we are receiving the best treatment from professionals who care about animals and us.”

26 Essex St, Melrose“Had a routine checkup for my dog, where he also got some shots. The office and exam rooms were both very clean. The vet and vet tech were so kind and caring of my pup, he was in great hands the whole time. They also provided me with useful information about heartworm and flea/tick medication that I asked for as well. Very good experience, would recommend!”
“My dog has been seen here several times and I feel she receives good, thorough care. Recently her typical vetrinarian couldn't see her so we saw the other one, Dr Henry. She was wonderful. I love a vet that gets down on the floor just to say hello. They recommended a course of action, ran the proposed invoice by me, and I left feeling well taken care of. It might be a little pricey but we have pet insurance so I always go with the recommended plan. The only drawback is that it always takes a long time. Plan for a longer visit than expected.”
“This place is great. Caring and reliable staff, veterinarians and assistants. Vet actually called me to discuss issues with my pet, which is amazing. They really care about their patients and their owners. Thanks for offering such world class service at a local vet hospital. I appreciate it.”
“Such an amazing experience! Setting up an appointment was super breezy, they called exactly when they said they would, and found me a very convenient appointment. Dr. Evans was so knowledgeable and so utterly delightful, she made us first time dog owners feel very comfortable. Everyone including her at the hospital kept stopping by to play with our puppy and our puppy had the absolute best time! Loads of treats and some vaccines later, we all left with a smile on our faces.”
“My dog is treated with patience and kindness the moment we enter the facility. Love this location! Very knowledgeable and caring staff and the doctors are always so helpful and always go above and beyond explaining and educating us in order to squash our worries. Thank you Charles Street Animal Clinic!-Milo M.”
“When I adopted my 2nd dog Niko (1.5 year old black American Labrador Retriever) from the MSPCA, they were located on the VFW Parkway across from what was then West Roxbury High School. At that time they had a decent practice with hopes to move and not only modernize, but enhance the client and experience. It was not long after that first visit (about a year or 2) that they had built their new building on Spring Street. Clean and spacious with an aquatic therapy pool. They graciously offered tours of their entire space. In 2010, I added Cadbury (chocolate English Labrador Retriever) and he and Niko continued to go to Ilene Segal, DVM.In 2015, Niko had passed and Cadbury and I moved to Framingham, where we parted ways with Parkway Vet due to distance and time. I regretted those years as we did not receive the same great service and eventually returned to Parkway Vet regardless of the distance. At this time we introduced Leanne Diese, DVM, to our newest member Mallow (yellow American Labrador Retriever). Dr. Diese took great care of my two boys Mallow and Cadbury and was very supportive during the untimely death of our youngest Mallow (age 7) due to sudden cardiac failure.Today, Cadbury (age 13) is still going as strong as a senior dog can go. The care and support of these two, Dr. Segal and Dr. Diese are one of a kind.Since 2018, and the various moves, I have continued to call Parkway Veterinary Hospital my home for care of my family.Owning a dog is never inexpensive, but the guidance and care is priceless and I strongly recommend considering Parkway Veterinary Hospital your place for veterinary care of your cat or dog.”
“It has taken me a few months to write this review, as our outcome was not a happy one. Our sweet pittie, Sugar, had been experiencing relentless blood in her stool and several doctors were unable to figure out what was going on. Enter Dr. Kern. My husband and I are so grateful for this man for discovering what was wrong. Determined isn't strong enough of a word to describe his approach to figuring out what was going on with our sweet girl. Dr. Amato was her incredible surgeon and the level of care couldn't have been better. You could really feel her thoroughness and love for Sugar. Dr. Matthews and the oncology team showered our girl with love (and treats!) with every chemo appointment. I don't know how its possible, but Sugar was even happier after leaving the hospital. Though our girl fought so hard to stay, we did have to make the difficult decision to say goodbye so she didn't suffer. The empathy and care they took into this was so greatly appreciated. Being able to be there for your little love while they depart in such a caring environment truly is a gift. We miss our girl so much, but in all the darkness of grief, we are reminded of MCRH and how thankful we are for the love and help with her quality of life in her last few months. They gave us more time with our girl. If you are on the fence at all with bringing your pet here, please trust me in saying that they put their whole heart and soul into what they do. They treat your animal as if they were their own.”
“I didn't put a review at the time my eldest cat was being cared for here, but Boston Animal Hospital took wonderful care of my now passed cat that I had for almost 14 years. She was very temperamental, particular, and hated going to the vet. BAH was great at creating a calmer environment and anticipating our visits by calling and being able to schedule picking up gabapentin for my easily distressed cat. They helped us when she was diagnosed with diabetes and through the progression of the disease. They were so hospitable and caring when she passed away and gave me space to spend with her after her final moments. It is an animal hospital that can accommodate more fickle, distressed cats and I'm glad that we found BAH.”

60 Audubon Rd, Wakefield“Just want to send in a thank you to Dr. Morawski and the team for managing and following up multiple times about my cat’s condition. The whole staff (we have 3 pets) has been nothing but kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a vet in the area.”
“I’m so eternally grateful for the staff at Angell. My rabbit sustained a serious wound and within 5 minutes of checking in he was taken in the back and given pain meds to have on board while we were waiting for a doctor to take the case. That meant a lot to me!! I would like to thank Dr. Elena for saving my rabbits life as I walked in preparing to have to put him to sleep. She assured me I didn’t have to make that decision just yet. Dr. Elena explained every diagnostic/treatment she would do and why in depth. I never felt rushed off the phone and it was clear how much she cared. She even saved his leg! I also would like to thank Emily, the exotic care coordinator who kept me updated multiple times a day and sent me photos of my boy- it meant more to me than they will ever know. I was a wreck and it put me at ease. And lastly, his fantastic nurses who kept a close eye on him 24/7 in the ICU and took care of him. He’s not the easiest patient to deal with! After having hospitalized my other two bunnies at a different ER in the area in the past that has now stopped seeing exotics, I am blown away by how much better the exotic care and knowledge at Angell is and how cheaper it is. I will recommend Angell to everyone!”
“I would recommend this clinic a thousand times over. We brought our 5 year old dog, who needed an ear surgery, here after being quoted thousands of dollars by other clinics in the area. Come Together did the same surgery for a 5th of the cost of anywhere else PLUS they did it with so much love. It's been two years since the surgery and our dog hasn't had any problems. He recovered like a champ. Our dog actually likes going to the vet now because the staff here treat the animals so well. I'm forever grateful to this clinic for helping our fur baby!”
“If I could give them 20 stars, I would. This place and these people are GOD SENDS. My two little dogs are my whole world and they have taken such incredible care of them, I have cried out of gratitude. I moved here from out of state and I couldn’t get in any vet for months. When my one dog needed potentially emergent surgery they squeezed her in the next day and we have been going there ever since. I love these people and am so incredibly grateful for them.”

55 Hancock St, Quincy“Going on nearly 20 years with Dr. Wember, and he is still the best vet we've ever seen. Since I first started bringing my pups to him (2004 or 2005?), I've moved a lot farther away, but I still make the trip because I completely trust him and his team with my fur babies. We've fostered (and foster failed/adopted) a bunch of pups over the years, and we've had to see vets across New England. Dr. Wember is, hands down, 100%, without a doubt, the BEST vet, ever. The HAH staff always have my pups' best interests at heart, and Dr. W is not going to recommend an expensive test or treatment unless it's necessary. He gives us all the info/details and advises us on making the best decision possible. He's so kind, so understanding, and I feel as though he, and his staff (Gerry is literally an angel walking the earth), care for my dogs like their own. 100% recommend.”
“Because my puppy, my Mini Pomeranian Scarlett "Lilly Mae" is my absolute world and I will give her nothing less than the best of anything, her Doctor is important to her and I. And I sure did not just find the first office with an opening. I read reviews, I spoke with other pet owners, I researched my candidate records, I studied hard and pondered over this with a fierce energy to make sure I felt good about first the establishment, then their Veterinarian's. And then I made her appointment. Here! Just a "check up", as my favorite Urgent Care in Saugus kept telling me "she needs a doctor, I can't be her primary". And so we went. And that's when I met Doctor Dunn and his assistant. And the girls at the front desk. And Lilly made her appearance. (She owns any place she walks into!). I left feeling great, I felt like he really studied my baby with care. Didn't try to force any particular dog food on me...she's home cooked fed and he wasn't against it! And he spoke to me with respect. And offered web sites for recipes and advice. Fast forward, July 4th Lilly isn't well with fireworks. Well she began shaking her head. Rubbing at her ear. I knew I had to go back. We went back, saw Doctor Dunn again. She actually let him take cultures of her ears. Didn't want to, but did. Doctor Dunn immediately knew there was no infection. Complimented her for her clean ears (found her groomer with the same energy BTW after Petco treated her like an object and Linda's Critter Coral BUTCHERED her Pomeranian Coat almost beyond repair) and told me he thinks she has some irritability from the loud fireworks but no major damage and that time will heal it. Price for the office visit/exam went unmatched he was extremely reasonable!! The guy in my opinion is a true Vet. My understanding is that his dad is also. Very experienced, caring, understanding, and they listen! I would recommend you stop your search here and make an appointment with the lovely front desk staff!”
“Super friendly Vet service! I'm a new dog owner with tons of questions. My vet tech, Monique is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and patient w me. I recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for great care for your pets”
