if I could rate negative stars for this location, I definitely would. Not only or all of the employees literally extremely rude, we overheard them berating an older lady, who was asking questions, nobody greeted us when we walked in, and clearly these employees hate restocking their products. Every single sample that was a pencil was flat or empty, or looked like it had been chewed on.

Store is a total mess - no testers for products, products not stocked in all shades, products shuffled and mislabeled, products missing prices! It’s very difficult to find what you need, especially for complexion products since half the shades are missing

i absolutely love this store!!! i recently went with my sister after our shift because i needed to restock on some stuff and i found almost everything! whenever i asked an employee for help they didn’t seem like i was bothering them or like they didn’t want to help me. only giving four stars because there’s some lip products that be opened, that aren’t the testers, which i ended up accidentally purchasing

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The stylist did a good job with my color, but for such a simple service I ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time to be seated in the chair. She also accidentally dropped the hot hair straightener on me mid-styling. For something that I consider valuable “me time” on my one day off during the week, it was not a good time.

It's a bummer to hear that many others have received hit-or-miss customer service help because I had such a positive experience when I went to this Ulta for the first time on Friday. I went in to look for new foundation because mine has been discontinued. I was helped by Grace, who was just fantastic. She helped me choose a foundation, color match it, and then she was incredibly helpful and patient when I asked if she could help me find a bunch of other things (primer, blush, setting powder, mascara, eye shadow, eyeshadow primer, facial moisturizer, face cleanser, and sunscreen - mostly in drug store brand but also some prestige items). She probably spent over an hour helping me find products. She was really kind and knowledgeable about the brands, color palettes, and price points. Grace went above and beyond and even checked in on me later when I continued to shop. If you're seeking excellent customer service, ask for Grace!I was also helped by two other really awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service associates. Jocelyn helped me look for lip gloss and suggested lip oil, and she showed me the brands she recommended along with her favorite/the most popular shades and flavors. Debbie was super friendly and showed me a face cleanser that Ulta had just gotten in stock and that had been receiving glowing reviews, and which was discounted half off as part of a promotion. Maya helped me at the cash register and put an extra free sample in for me :)What I was impressed with also was the high level of makeup knowledge plus a down-to-earth, caring demeanor. I really appreciated that they gave honest opinions about products and helped me in a way a friend would.I felt very supported by a team of customer service associates. I don't think this discounts others' experiences who have had bad customer service experiences. However, I plan to return to this Ulta and ask for Grace, Jocelyn, or Debbie because they were so great!

I booked a scalp treatment and signature haircut with Vanessa C. It was amazing!!! She did an amazing job - my hair was pretty long and heavy and I left feeling so good on one of the hottest days ever. One of the best salon experiences for this price point I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend booking with Vanessa.

Very interesting that my review from September 6th went missing. Hmmmm?I get very spotty service here. I RARELY spend less than $100 & yet it's so hard to get actual help from an associate. I was in on 9/6/23 & was given quite the nasty looks from a manager. Like I was stealing or something, lady, I have no reason to steal. I had to price check my own item. Like, actually, go take a picture of the listed price. That is NOT my job. Out of my last 5 visits, I believe I only got 5-star service once.A large portion of these google reviews are about spotty service, maybe management should address that.Do yourself a favor & either know what you want before you go in OR....Take your business elsewhere. I recommend the Fenty Beauty website, it's been very helpful.

I avoid this store as much as possible. The staff is incredibly rude. It doesn't matter if you're just saying hello, asking a question, checking out, or picking up an order.

I came in to this Ulta the other day looking for a few products. I asked for some help from this lady with black short hair, her name was Nissa? She was so rude and has an attitude with me and my mom the whole time!!! Next time I will go to another Ulta.

The staff is beyond amazing! I go there for hair services with Alda, love her so very much, she's very gentle and very friendly! When shopping for products, I often ask "how do you use this" and the staff is so friendly about it, they just give me a straight answer! I love shopping at a place I'm not judged!!
