Truly loved the comedy show they had on November 10th. The Batch Yard has great food vents for their residences that live here and that is great to have to help know your neighbors and socialize. The comedy shows should be one show a month they were really enjoyable. ?I’ve lived here for almost two years now and the apartment management and staff are so helpful and understanding. This is a great place to stay.

So far so good!! I am a new tenant to The Batch Yard so this is more so a reflection of the leasing process.Shout out to Jonathan who went above and beyond to convince me that this facility is the perfect please to begin a life in the Boston area.Jon was exceptionally responsive and was willing to work around my busy schedule over the summer. He sent pictures, videos, and was willing to jump on Facetime to show me the ins and outs of the units available. When I finally drove up to see the property Jon arranged for his collegue Morgan to assist me in his absence and she was spectacular! The entire process was cohesive and seamless. They really worked as a team. I can tell they really enjoy the property and one another and that is huge in a place to live.Jon's hospitality (and that of entire leasing office - Morgan, Victoria, etc.), the beautiful facility, and great price made The Batch Yard an easy sell. 10/10. I highly recommend so far.

11 comedians that were actually funny as a whole and the free cocktails to match with great performance at the clubhouse which wasn’t expected at all . Kudos to them let’s make comedy nite an ongoing event .

My experience here at the batch yard Has been wonderful. From start to finish great experience Jonathan was wonderful.He was so patient and so kind? Never. Complained but anything when I needed help. I'm happy I need the choice to stay here.

Honestly, this is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The management is extremely unorganized, they dont answer the phone and they are constantly switching out new office workers. Ive been waiting on a security deposit check for a year now, I've given them all the documents that they have asked for and still they blame it on the Buzzoto accounting team. They don't take any accountability for the fact that I've been waiting for a check that I should have received month ago. I just called today asking to speak to a manager and they didn"t allow me to talk with the manger they instead told me that the matter is out of their hands and to contact Buzzoto management myself to fix the matter. Buzzoto themselves still couldn't connect me with someone who would answer the phone. I do not want to leave a voicemail I want to talk to someone because I have waited long enough.I am extremely frustrated and I hate that I ever moved into this apartment complex. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here at all! I never write reviews so for me to actually write this out says more than enough. If I could post zero stars I would.

I absolutely love living here. It's not perfect. But compared to other apartment complexes I am more than satisfied. I love the dog park for my dog, the pool was so fun this summer, I rarely hear my neighbors, the pricing is competitive for the area, the gym is amazing which includes at least two peloton, there is a roof top that I love to enjoy a glass of wine. It's convenient for me since I work at the casino. I'll list a couple downsides since I mentioned it is not perfect. Some of the residents are definitely a little sketchy, some dogs accepted are questionable, the office does it's best but I'm sure it's hard to stay organized when managing three apartment buildings. A car got stolen from the garage last week which was pretty concerning but I hear the office is cooperating with the police. Speaking of police, I talked to an Everett Police officer about living here and he said it was the safest in the area! Hope this helps someone!

Angel is amazing super nice and friendly, so he basically gets the stars, I’m not sure what is up with Addison I believe the other workers name is but he was not inviting ignored us twice and just over all made it seem like he was more of a bouncer for the place than a person who wants to invite people to come in, just call and ask for angels hours cuz you’ll actually get to have a nice experience

Disappointing. The community has gone way down hill, and the only effort by mgmt to improve has been this cross between college dormitory curfews and school yard discipline- where all are punished for the poor behavior of few. Signing in and out of pool, kicking people out of community spaces (even if they are sitting alone quietly).

This is a lovely apartment building! I just renewed my lease and though everything isn't perfect, I've LOVED living here and every guest that's ever visited me has been so impressed. I live in a very spacious 2-bedroom apartment and with the rent split with a roommate it's about average for the area. Covered parking in a secure garage is pretty much unheard of anywhere else, and I've never experienced any issues like break-ins or seen any sort of "drug deals" others mention on here. The appliances are newer and work perfectly, the gym is GREAT (though 1 of the 3 Pelotons pretty much never works), and the pool is a ton of fun during the summer months. Also this place is dog friendly, so it's fun to see dogs around but the walls are pretty thick so I never hear barking that's too loud outside the hallways. The biggest downsides are the lack of concierge/security (mostly for handling packages), TERRIBLY insulated doors for the balcony (we were told they would be replaced but yet to hear anything ever again), and kind of dead immediate area around the building (nothing very fun in walking distance, you'll need to take the bus or drive). But otherwise I really have a lot of good things to stay and can confidently recommend The Batch Yard as a nice place to live!
