Locks, locks and more locks. This used to be my go to Target. Now I dread even going near this one. Absolutely everything is locked behind glass doors. It is super upsetting because all I want to do is grab a few items, but have to wait and wait in each section for an employee to come and open the case. At this point I will just go on amazon or cvs for my essentials.

I recently visited the Target store in Everett, MA, and I was very disappointed with my experience. A significant number of items, including basic necessities like deodorant, t-shirts, and socks, were locked up. While I understand that this measure is in place to prevent theft, it made shopping extremely inconvenient. Having to hit a button and wait for an employee for such common items disrupted my shopping experience. If I wanted to try on or look at multiple t-shirts, I would be taking up the employee's time while deciding, adding to the inconvenience. Ultimately, I left the store without purchasing anything and went to Kohl’s instead. I hope Target can find a better balance between security and customer convenience in the future.

Good for quick shopping. Doesn't always have everything in stock, especially in produce section.

Clean and well maintained. Locks on everything. Excellent way to deter impulse purchases.
My under wear and socks are getting holes— I’m sure the employees are lovely and responsive, but am I going to request an employee over so I can feel how soft and plush the socks are? No. Could’ve used some reserve deodorant and toothpaste, but the second I see locked doors I keep walking— I’ll stop at a cvs on the way home.
Locked doors on baby formula— this one just seems cruel.

The employees at this Target are exceptional. I travel for work and go to Targets in many states. This is the best in terms of employees.

They put everything in a lock but no staff answers the calls. Why lock stuff if you can’t hire enough staff

The new way to shop, sheesh. This is how it is at the everett target. Almost everything is inaccessible. Gone are the days of roaming the isles throwing stuff into the carriage (most of which I didn't need but thought it a good idea at the time). It wasn't easy finding someone to help spring my jug of tide from its prison and the embarrassing walk of shame to the counter has put this location on my "yeah I'm all set" list. It stinks that its necessary now and it's something that tomorrow will be normal so I'm getting my whining in now, sorry target...

"Try calling this place to ask and you will get hang up five times in a roll and no one will answer."
After I got home I noticed one of the items I bought wasn't in my bag. So I wanted to make sure the cashier maybe returned it to costumer service.
This specific location were always my least favprite Target store to go to, because the majority of the staff seems to be in a bad mood.
So I rather go to Medford, Saugus, Revere or Danvers.

They’ve closed the self checkouts and have 2 people working registers with 10 waiting in each line. This has been the case the last 3 times I’ve come here.

It’s been very cold out and I decided to try out online shopping. It was my first time trying out the online shopping with same day delivery at the Everett store. I never received my delivery. There is some problem between The company SHIPT and Target. No one, not Target nor SHIPT worked on my order at all and this order was made at 2pm. It is now the next day and I had to cancel the order. What a disappointment. My family suggest I go through instacart next time as they are more reliable. Wow Target, you guys dropped the ball on this one. I can easily go to the store and buy all the items myself, but what about that lil lady that can’t, and experiences something like this? Thumbs down…..

Locked up products that you can't get because no staff is around to unlock it for you, long checkout times, disorganized shelves, incorrectly placed products, incorrectly reported inventory, etc... I guess I might as well go back to Walmart.
