I have loved this target for years. They are always super fast getting pick up orders pulled and delivered to your car. I went in today for a few things and discovered that they had started locking up items like Tylenol, ibuprofen, deodorant, body wash, toothpaste, and laundry soaping making it wildly inconvenient for quick shopping. I might as well have the worker who finally answers the page follow me though all the personal care isles. Then I went to check out and not a single lane was open- just self check out. I will start going to other targets.

My family and I were at self checkout 20 minutes before closing. We only had 1 item and were next when the employee with the hood on rudely says he's shutting down all the registers. Mind you this is the day before Easter so the line is very long. This left about me and about 10 (or more) customers behind me extremely frustrated and forced to wait in line at the regular registers which then doubled in length. I'm not sure what rush he was in but it seemed like he cared more about going home and less about his job/customer care. Next time I'll remember to get his name.

Really accommodating really friendly great experience. It's really hard to make an impact on someone when there's so many people coming and going to the store location really mean impact for me

Top notch Target Mobile team. Knowledgeable, courteous, explained everything. When you're ready for a new wireless phone activation, go visit J. Money and Jeremia. In Everett.

Extremely disappointed. I've been coming here for so many years after walking my dog in the park attached to this complex. Everyone was always very very friendly to my dog. Today I was met by an aggressive woman at the front door who raised her voice at me for just merely walking in with my dog as I usually do, unaware of the new dog policy. Those stationed at the front door need training on proper communication skills and customer service. Your new policy makes me sad, as I was an avid shopper. Not anymore.

All these reviews don't reflect what this store really is. Stop complaining about the 1 cashier- it's managements fault but you don't even see them. January-March hours are cut and they schedule 2 cashiers: 1 for self checkout(which has a sign saying no alcohol purchases allowed) and 1 for the register. The person watching the front calls for back up but they are highly understaffed that it takes a while for that 1 person who can help to get there. Customers are why the store gets messy. Yeah you see those shoes on the floor a CUSTOMER left them there. Retail workers aren't supposed to be picking up YOUR mess. They have a lot to get done and your mess makes it worse. If as a customer you did your part of just putting back the item you won't see those messes. It's also not the employees fault for empty shelves- complain to corporate. If you drive up order took a while to go outside it can be one of two reasons 1: it's busy inside and the person is helping someone else or 2: you didn't "tell us you're coming" and just clicked it in the parking lot and said "I'm here". Learn how to use a service before using it. The parking lot traffic is not Targets fault! Especially November/December- everyone decides to go shopping and so it gets full. Complain to the city since they're responsible for the plaza not the stores. Lastly, if you don't communicate in a respectful manner to an employee you should not expect a respectful reply. Yelling at a worker who probably has nothing to do with your anger does not magically fix your issue. Employees should start normalizing holding the customer accountable.

I got consumer cellular through target for the savings. Consumer cellular is cheaper. However they give you very little data. I had no data for 3 weeks each time. When I asked for unlimited data. There data is very limited. Stay away from consumer cellular. You will not like. I've switch to at&t and proved to them just how RUDE consumer cellular agents are. Also one time I needed to make a payment arrangement. I had no money on the 2nd card. The consumer cellular rep. Changed the card on the account and didn't tell me that my service would be cut off and it was for over 2 hours until I could get money on the new card and I couldn't call or text anyone within that time except consumer cellular. They are not a great service. Do not get them and target shouldn't be selling a bad service provider in there stores. Stay away from consumer cellular.

During the Covid Pandemic Target in Everett this location has been amazing! The store has been kept so clean that the floors actually shine as you walk in. This Target should be the model of a perfect Target, well run with employees that are welcoming and friendly and the merchandising and returns and restrooms and basically everything is run so well. The cart gentleman was so efficient and kind in taking my cart after loading my cart. This Everett Target will be my happy go to browse and shop for years to come...well done Target Everett staff, you handled this pandemic so well!!! I wish all the Targets were like you.

This is easily my favorite Target in the area, and probably in general. It's large, has everything you could want and is always clean and organized (barring pandemics, of course, and even still, it's one of the cleaner, more organized stores I've seen in all this). They clearly care about their customers and do a good job of restocking. If something isn't in, or you can't find it, they're knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for making at least a small part of this current stressful existence much more peaceful. Think I'll head over right now.

Rude custom service workers... I went to return an item not knowing they had a no return policy going on at this time. I asked , why? The associate Michelle' yells out.... It's called the Corona Virus and we are protecting ourselves! Really.... you weren't wearing gloves or a mask and either was the cashier she was talking to. Both extremely rude!! So I go to get a cart and there are dirty wipes and gloves in it. So much for sanitizing. I asked to see a manager and not one came... this store doesn't deserve 1star....

Just watched a Target Employee at the Everett Target replenish plastic bags wearing gloves. She then rubbed her runny nose with the same gloves and continued to put the plastic bags out. White girl with glasses and two braids.

This Target is fantastic! There is a Target Optical, it's a great location and opened late. The grocery area has a nice variety. The makeup and skincare section is great as well including more organic/ natural products and brands. The staff are professional and friendly. It is kept clean and organized.

Noneeeeeeee of the handicap carts were charged. 2 were completely dead and one was so close to an outlet but not plugged in RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK- almost dead. My boyfriend tore his ACL and has crutches. He needed a cart. He had to haul himself around the whole trip. Unacceptable.
