Place is huge! Enough space for everyone! But only the trampolines were the best! The other games were not as good!

Man what happened to this place sky zone before the pandemic had stricter rules on jumping areas and all areas were open or only closed for a short period. If you ask me it is a lawsuit waiting to happen really big teenagers are rough housing uncontrollably and making it unsafe for 5-10 year olds to jump freely. Staff are just talking to one another or on their phones not even looking at the kids. It’s out of control.

Absolutely the worst location!! Only 1 sign and nothing to indicate the park in in the back of another building. Your GPS won't find it. Also needs clean up and updated equipment.

Kids enjoyed it here just wish the children’s area looked less dull especially if its meant for kids. Add more trampoline in Children’s area

Place is a total dump. It’s filthy and most of the areas are closed off. My 3 year old daughter couldn’t safely jump in the toddler area because it was filled with older kids and the staff don’t enforce the rules. Hell, one of the employees was smoking a joint in the men’s bathroom.

This place should be call terrible zone instead of sky zone.1st I got there and they told me the socks were ok after 15 minute some dude told me that the socks were wrong. For almost 10 minutes he explained the rules and bla bla bla! Told him that the front countet told me everything was OK them the team leader came with a pair of socks and everything was resolved. Them the same guy told that my 3 years old was too little for the trampoline so he pointed to the direction of the 3 years and younger, but when I got there, I saw kids older than 3 years so i asked for an explanation , but I was ignored. Them I waited 10 minutes to get a slide of pizza not because there was not pizza it was because there was nobody on the counter. And the lines to get to the obstacles, I understand we talking about kids but when you are waiting 15 minutes on an already long line somebody has to take charge and I asked to the clerk, but again I was ignored, he was more focused on the female clerk. I guess it is understandable when the place is run by teenagers I went there planning to host my 5 years old bday party, but I changed my mind terrible experience, even my 5 years old and 10 years old nephew told they did not like .

Exposed rusty springs, parents not watching kids and letting them be punks. Whole thing was falling apart many spaces not open and just a whole negative vibe even from staff

No more GLOW NIGHT as of 1/25/24! The staff was very nice! I haven't been to this location in over 4 months. Unfortunately it appears neglected and dirty. Many of the stations were closed. The toddler area had almost nothing to play with and the basketball hoops were broken. At 25.99 for 90 minutes, I suggest going to Danvers or another place.

We got an annual pass last year, so we go somewhat regularly and lately there's always been something disappointing that happens. Today, my kids and their friends wanted to play in the tramp wall area but were told they could only use the tramps on their back, which is really hard for a 9yo unless they are gymnasts. I've been doing gymnastics for over 30 years and I'm a mechanical engineer and a 50lb kid on their feet is not going to do more damage than a 200lb adult on their back. But anyway, they decided to play in the foam pit in that area but before they could even start, some bigger kids came up, were also denied the tramps, and then asked to play dodge ball. The staff immediately closed the area despite my kids just asking them to open it and opened dodgeball instead. They asked the staff over and over to reopen the area and they were told they would open it again after dodgeball. When dodgeball finished, they opened the obstacle course instead and still refused to open the tramp wall area. I attached a Pic of my kid crying in a corner because the staff was so mean and unfair.

This place was not very clean and it was run down. Hopefully they make some improvements and get some cleaning staff to make it more inviting. My son enjoyed his time here but I don't think I'll be returning because of the cleanliness.
