Worst experience ever thank God I didn’t have you guys do the job
Had an appointment scheduled for today for a repair to one of my business vans no call no show no repair one of the worst experience it ever stopped the whole day of productive work for windshield repair and this company didn’t even have the decency to contact another company and let them know that there was no repair being replaced shame on Safelite shame on the company

This place has been I nightmare. I have tried to have my windshield fixed 3 times to no avail.

I left my car there yesterday to windshield replacement and when I went there to take my care the put my EZ pass box in other car, and today I figure it out that my sensor cover was broken! They didn't say nothing about it

Needed my passenger window replaced. Scheduled a replacement at my home, the first time the technician didn’t show up. No call, nothing. I called out of work for nothing. They promised free new wipers and some rain coating to make up for it, The second time the guy showed up, didn’t give me the free wipers or coating, and he did a horrible job putting the window in. A week later the window just fell down into the door. I’m a dog walker and they’re lucky a dog didn’t escape the car, or they would have had a serious lawsuit on their hands. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

My windshield was cracked on the passenger side of the SUV. I went through my insurance company to place a claim and they directed me to Safelite. As I scheduled my service the online system prompts me to choose basic services or for extra fees windshield wiper replacement. I chose the basic service cause the wipers I have were brand new with no issues.
When I got my SUV back from it being service my boyfriend noticed one of the wipers had been torn. I don’t know what games this company is playing but now I have to buy new wipers for someone else carelessness.

Honestly was wary of coming here due to all the 1 star reviews, insurance does not care though. All I can say is take those reviews with a huge grain of salt.
The service I got was perfectly fine. The 2 front desk people were very pleasant and respectful.
I was told a hour to hour and a half wait, it only took 40mins and was good as new.

I got my windshield replaced and everything was fine.drove home and park the car in the backyard for the rest of the day.the next day when I got in the car for work i notice the liner in the car drop down so i brought it back for them to fix the damage they caused and they can’t fix it. Looks like a bunch of idiots works there and they don’t know what there doing.i will never recommend anyone to get there windshield done at Safelite.

I went to my appointment at 10 am. I was told that it would be changed within 1 hour. While waiting, after 1 hour, we were told that there was no glass and that it would arrive at 1 pm. At 1 o'clock I was told that it had not arrived yet and that I had to wait and it would be replaced today. At 3 pm, I was told that glass would not be delivered today. If there was no glass, I don't understand why I was kept waiting all day. My whole day was waste. The employees responded in a rude and unkind. It was a completely terrible experience. I will never come again.

This review is about Lindsay Conway! I had my windshield replaced by safelite and during the process they scratched the moulding of my car! I called safelite and they sent someone out to look at the damage, the guy thay showed up had noooo idea why he was even there, he decided to take pictures of the scratch and sent it to a rep! The rep then told me that they will order the part and that i would have to go to safelita in everett to have it replaced! I asked 4 times it the part they ordered was the correct one and they said yes! I take time off of work and go to safelite in everett and lindsay was the one at window and when she saw the damage she said they had the wrong part for us! I was frustrated because u had asked so many times if it was the right one and she had the nerve to tell me “ its a waste of their time too” even though i was not the one that ordered the wrong part!!! She told me my car damage needs to be fixed using a paint kit! She said she will order and let me know when it arrives! Fast forward 1 month later i call and asked if kit arrived somone told me it did not! i emailed lindsay and she never replied back to me! Please note that this has been going on since July 2023!!!!!!!! This has been the worst experience i have ever har with a customer servise rep and safelite needs to do better and fix this asap!!

Do not do business with them, possibly the worst company ever put together. Almost impossible to get in touch with a human, their automated system is horrendous and will give you the run around. The agents in charge of making appointments don’t know up from down. Had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday between 8am-12pm (at least i thought i did) waited around all morning decided to call once it was 12:30 just to find out the “shop never got the work order so nobody was sent out”. Fast forward two weeks, mange to get an appointment. Drop the car off, then I pick it up everything seems and looks fine visually was told that they took care of recalibration etc etc drive it home things are fine, get in my car the next morning for work I drive my car for less than a minute and the engine turns off and steering wheel locks, go to start it again and it throws a bunch of codes at me. I had to push my car out of the road and now i’m currently stranded as I type this.Update still not sure what the issue is. Currently in the process of getting my car towed to the jeep dealership to get a “diagnostic test” before safelite take any responsibility for damages but i’ve now discovered a puddle of water on the floor of the passenger side my car, must be a coincidence?….
