My aunt also received a message on WhatsApp asking for payment to release the boxes. The company should at least provide support to the people who trusted their work, now we don't know what to do.

I sent 2 xs in July 2023 until today nothing, still in the destination port, I can't speak to anyone at the company, all the numbers are disconnected, yesterday I went to the office address in Everett, it no longer exists, now only God.

I feel lost because they announced closed down but I’m still waiting a box sent with them last August. They simply will no longer provide support as they claim they have closed activities in the USA. A shame because they will probably open another company under a different name and continue to be irresponsible towards customers. I lost money and materials sent with emotional residue. If someone has the same issue please let me know if you’re doing something and I’ll want to supporting too.

We shipped 4 boxes 9 months ago. They don't give satisfaction, they don't provide correct information. They are acting dishonestly. They took the money and disappeared. When they answer the phone they treat you badly.

Apparently they closed down this store but now what happens to the boxes people sent special in the end of last year ?!?!? Are they still getting delivered to the final destination? It’s so sad how they completely neglected the costumers leaving them clueless of what’s happening!!

SCAM!! My box was NEVER delivered, instead they delivered a box full of old clothes. The company never responded to me or gave me any explanation.
My box was never delivered, instead it was received a box with rags, old clothes. When I contacted SOS express they did not respond, did not reply to my msg on WhatsApp. Just a big SCAM. Do not trust this Co.

It's been nine months since they sent my boxes and they haven't arrived yet. They have always responded to me, but for a week now they have not responded to email, Whatsapp or phone. I'm leaving a negative review to see if they respond to me, but I was even worried about the many negative reviews...
