Employees will lie to you when you call and ask if they have a particular product to get you in the door then tell you they do not and never have sold the product before and then try to pressure you in buying other worse options that you never wanted. 0/10 stars complete waste of time.

Decent tobacco selection, vapes, and prices, but owner does not stand behind his products. Returning a defective vape was a humiliating battle. Eventually a refund was given after I was forced to try another of the same kind that ALSO didn't work (was also made to wait for it to charge), but I didn't appreciate the hostility or embarrassment. I will go on occasion when I'm in the Boston area, because price and selection are good, but I will ONLY buy products I'm familiar with from now on. No more experimentation. They are not knowledgeable about their products, so asking doesn't help.

Very rude. There may have been a language barrier, but I was asking about what products they had and the worker on the shop floor got irate by my questions, screamed something in a foreign language to the clerk and told me “Go away” as he waved me off to the counter. Honestly probably shouldn’t have purchased anything with the way they gouge prices but definitely won’t be going back and recommend you stay away as well.
