Worst customer service ever! I took in a few jackets to be cleaned, and I told the owner that one of them had stains, which is why I was there. He said, "Okay, we can work on that," but I don't promise anything for the second jacket because it has black fur, which can stain the jacket. I told him it was fine as long as the stain from the other jacket comes out, and he said, "Okay, that will be $80 for both jackets." I replied, "Okay, as long as it's done correctly." I went to pick up the coats and informed the owner/manager about the stain from the tiny jacket that was still there. He didn't even look into my eyes as he began speaking, saying, "Oh, I told you that it was going to be difficult for the big jacket." I corrected him, saying, and said "I'm talking about the small jacket and his answer was there is nothing we can do." He interrupted me and showed little interest in hearing about my concerns and just to paid the full $80 he even told me if I knew from a cheaper dry cleaner to go there, I will never return to that place it was a horrible experience. The manager called me when I walk out to apologize but it was too late for because they didn’t value me as a customer.

I’ve had a few sweaters dry-cleaned, a sweater mended, and pair of pants hemmed. All work was great and quick. Pay attention to hours of operations as they are varied, but not unreasonable.

Good job my clothes are ready. Always the day I need it. Sometimes I send very dirty clothes and they come back very clean and without any stains ♥️♥️♥️♥️ I recommend you go there, you do a good job

if you are in the Everett area DO NOT use this company. It is poorly ran & they display poor time management on repairs. When I dropped off my items and discussed what I wanted done they told me 2 weeks to clean & repair some items. When I went to go pick up they said one item was still not done. they said to come in Saturday to pick up item only for the place to be closed. Even though posted hours said 8am - 5pm. Maybe it's inflation but it seems like the prices have gone up slightly since the last time I was here. Overall though they do great work.

Been bringing my suits, shirts, and slacks here since I moved to the neighborhood a couple months ago. It's further from my house than other dry cleaners, but definitely worth the extra walk. Yesterday I brought in an ink stained sweater, and today I was thrilled to get a call letting me know that the stain had been removed. ????

I came in on Monday with a child’s coat that just needed a patch sewn on, which i also provided. I asked how soon it could be done and I was told Saturday they would have it done at the latest, and would call me if they had it finished sooner. It is now Sunday, they have not called and are closed today. I made sure before i left the store that it would be done, and it isn’t. Never returning :(Service: Alterations
