I had a really good experience delivering here. I got there 1 hour early and was quickly assigned a door and unloaded. Everyone seemed nice to me, from the lady in receiving to the guys who unload you. Lots of room to maneuver into the loading dock too.

First and last time coming to this place..Truckers If you value your time don’t take any loads going here. I guarantee you, you’ll thank me later.Receiving folks are unorganized and rude.They give carriers appointments but it’s just for entertainment purposes because their “house trucks” whatever foolishness/nonsense that means gets offloaded first.Just another way of saying, “hey we run the show here, if ya don’t like it then eff you!”Sooner or later more and more trucks will stop delivering here, hopefully.Don’t be surprised if you’re still here 4 hrs plus later without a door

Arrived at 7:00am. Gate closed. Once they opened the gate I was the 3rd guy on check in list. 5h later I went inside and very rude lady said it’d take a while, no estimates. By that time they unloaded about 20 trucks. Looks like they use your reefer as a storage if they don’t need your product right away

Apparently this location doesn’t allow guest passes, but other ones do. Would have been nice for that information to be public before I spent an hour and a half to get here.

Had a 9am appointment got out of there at 1030am not that bad there but gates are closed so you have to park on the street but they go by appointment times.

I can't imagine that they make so much money, but the shopping cart is still so bad after several years. I encountered something very unhappy today. Be careful with their shopping cart. It will never be repaired but it will cause losses to customers.

Receiving starts at 7am. Now they closed both gates entrances before they open so trucks can not get inside the yard and park like before. They also don’t let truck get in from the normal receiving entrance at the back on Boston Street anymore. So trucks can only get in from the front entrance on E Elm Street. So if you arrive early, the best place to park is on E Elm St, Garden St or Vine Street. Then walk to receiving office for checkin around 7am, they do mostly by apppointment order. Don’t park your truck inside the yard while waiting, because you’ll block other trucks and make them get harder to back into the dock. Once you at the door, they unload you pretty quick.

Zero Star... Very bad receiving office.Manager is Rude. Need some classes to learn how to speak to others.Don’t like your job just quit it man.I'm waiting door 3 hrs.All the staff talk to the drivers very badly. They are rude.

I usually have great things to add for this company/location but as of my most recent experience I will now be changing locations.I have never had a problem with returns/disputes because I am a regular and usually was helped by a young lady named Hanan. As at the front, I was having trouble returning an item, I asked if Hanan was around to assist and they informed me that she is no longer with the company.Everytime I needed something done, or referred my fellow store colleagues to go there with any problems they were impressed by how fast and effortlessly honestly hanan took care of them. Even when having to walkie someone in/over.I am hoping that the new front desk gets there stuff together, i just do not understand how your front team could take away a keen employee who was fast, efficient, and cared about customers and their needs and not give her a promotion or position to help teach the people there.If a manager would like to follow up with me please reach out. My experience was horrid and honestly nothing I ever had to deal with. I never knew there could be so many different people and still nothing get resolved.Hanan, if you ever see this, thank you and I wish you well where your career took you.

When I arrived at 07:15ish the receiving gate was closed and locked. I called to see why and was spoken to very rudely by the “receiving manager”. Seems to be if you’re managing the receiving area you would know if your gates are locked. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and quit please. Making the trucks find the way around to the back turned the small area behind the store into a disaster. Unload time was decent.
