Ordered my food online and came to pick it up. It was about a 15-20 minute drive time, so I expected it to be ready, like most chicken places do when I order online. The guy at the pick-up section seemed very nonchalant, he just shook his head when I showed him order number and moved on to the next customer. After some time waiting, I asked the guy again, and he shook his head. So I cancelled my online order and ate elsewhere.

No place like this place for chicken. I actually found Popeyes in Louisiana waaaaay back when. I found one in Connecticut years ago, and used to drive down with my kids. Then they opened one in Fenway Park area...and now Everett...life is good...and so is Popeyes!

Unfortunately inconsistent. It won’t stop me from repeatedly going back but I’ve had my order made wrong a couple times when ordering delivery. Takeout is always perfect though, food quality is superb.

As a restaurant manager, I do have to say that Carlos has really good customer service. He helped me with my order. He was very participant in my order and giving me tips on how to have my order thumbs up for Carlos. He’s doing an amazing job.

When that craving for a piece of crispy fried chicken comes, I think of Popyes but just my luck, this is the nearest location to my home and, I’ve never been made a visit without issues with my order. Last Sunday is a perfect example. I convinced the wife it was time for some Popyes (she prefers the competition). Here’s what happened:We ordered online at home for we had a quick supermarket errand to run and we could do it on the way there. We were starving and we’d just pick it up and had back.When I got to the pickup counter, they had no knowledge of the order. The attending employee had to call 2 different coworkers to find the order somewhere in the system. After finding it, they began fulfilling said order. I waited and finally received the sealed bag ready to go.When we arrived home, one item was wrong (mashed had no gravy) and another was missing.I thought I wasn’t gonna hear the end of it from my wife.It’ll be a really long time before I convince her to have Popyes again and frankly, I’m not so hot for it at this location.

Ok quality of food comparing to other Popeyes, but much more chaotic service and management. Hire a manager!!
