“It was our first time getting a mortgage with Leader Bank. Roger Brasil and his team were as good as it gets. Much easier (and friendlier) to work with than our previous broker on the west coast. We bid on another house before we landed this one and our agent connected us to Roger on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency pre-approval. He responded within an hour and communicated throughout the day. We didn't get that place, but it was a no-brainer to stay with Roger as we moved forward. Once we found the place we did get, he made the financing process as easy as it can possibly be. He answers all questions right away, no matter how minor they may be. His team is just as on top of things and responsive and easy to work with. Their online system for uploading documents and tracking the status of your loan is very user-friendly and efficient. And then if all of this wasn't enough, Roger managed to get us a great rate we were happy with. Then before closing, he found a way to knock it down another .125%. Couldn't be happier with the loan we got, especially in this very tough environment. Thank you again so much!”
