Moves are never easy, but Mass Bay Movers are consummate professionals who made what could have been a stressful day for us so much smoother and more comfortable. They were friendly and helpful in their communications before the move. On the day of the move, they showed up on time with just the right materials and the truck space we needed. They worked with equal parts care and speed, keeping items well-protected while loading and unloading them quickly. Anything they took apart (ie bed frames, couch legs, etc) at our old house they put back together again at the new one, with skill and thoroughness. Gustavo, the head of the moving crew, asked us to explain locations and logistics for different items, then conveyed them to his crew who executed beautifully. They were a well-oiled machine! Thank you, Mass Bay Movers.

I used Mass Bay Movers to move my home furnishings and keep the large pieces in their storage until I found my new home.They were professional and proficient. They boxed up my artwork carefully and took the stress out of the moving day.Once we found our new house they were just as wonderful delivering all our stuff, putting it where we needed it. I highly recommend Mass Bay movers. I would absolutely use them again.

I couldn’t recommend Mass Bay Movers ENOUGH!!! We never have used movers before and the service was a game changer! I had made a mistake on arranging which size truck we would need. No worries at all because come moving day they came, saw, and conquered! Of the crew, one member left and brought back a bigger truck. True MVP moment!Very responsible, they go above and beyond with making sure everything is well packed and protected. The crew was nice and had a great sense of humor. This is the most professional, thoughtful, and efficient company I have experienced in quite some time. From the moment you get the move quote until the day after the move when they reach out to you for feedback, every detail is managed and covered with the utmost professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend Mass Bay Movers for your next move. Recently, I had several couches, chairs, and a bed I needed to have moved from one residence to another. The movers were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They finished in less time than for what I was quoted, which ended up saving me a lot of money and time. MBM is the best!

I needed to move into our new house while under the stress of a close family member funeral, one call to MassBay Movers got the job done quickly, professionally, without the need to oversee and allowed me to attend the wake ontime the sameday of the move! Mass Bay Movers helped me move out of a place, stored my stuff for 2 days, and then moved me to my new home. The whole process was seamless and surprisingly painless.
