I waited total for more than 1 hour but no one came to help while the store was very empty. They told us to wait 2 minutes and then I waited for more than 15 minutes. Came over to another employee to ask again and AGAIN was told to wait until she finished helping another customer. They helped people that came in after us but ignored us the entire time. Only 1 guy checked in with us but soon disappeared also. At the end, we couldn't wait any longer so we left with no help and no one even care. Especially the guy at the front door didn't say anything when he knew that we were waited for help. This is the worst service at BESTBUY I've ever seen in my entire life. Will never come back to this store again!

I always dread getting a new phone. There is always a "glitch in transferring data and getting the new phone to operate on the carrier's network.Today I got a new Android phone at Best Buy Everett MA, and the process of transferring data and going "live" with the carrier was FLAWLESS ! Kudos to the Geek Squad! I will be back when I need another hi-tech product.

I thought I was going to have great service when it came to installing a remote starter. I was SO WRONG. 200$ for the membership truly isn't worth it. Multiple things worked prior to it being set up, and after it was wired up, they weren't working well. My driver side air vent was completely blocked and the wiring looked like vomit. Extremely disappointed. Nothing was appropriately wired up and "clean"... Everything was everywhere. Can you believe that the person that installed it for me at Best buy put everything in the driver side air vent so no air could go out? Then I went back the following week for things to get cleaned up, and nothing got fixed after I mentioned that it wasn't working. I'm all done with the $200 a year membership, it's not worth it I would rather go to a professional. I feel bad for the guy working there.

I purchased two Jabra Bluetooths at Best Buy in Everett for $63.73 cash on 4/13/21. I immediately started using one of the two Jabra Bluetooths upon arriving at home. I put the second one on a shelf in my closet as a back up to the first one. When I discovered that the charge was no longer holding as well as it used to, I opened up my second Jabra Bluetooth to begin using that "new" one. To my surprise the second "new" Jabra Bluetooth would not hold a charge at all! I brought it to Best Buy on 4/23/23 to talk with Best Buy's manager about a credit or refund because my "new" Jabra Bluetooth would not hold a charge. He said the date of purchase was the problem and he couldn't return it or provide me with a credit because it was two years old. I told him it was sitting on my closet shelf as a backup for the first one that eventually started to not hold a charge anymore. Basically, that it was technically "brand new" and never used. He reminded me that he had other customers to wait on and just dismissed me and my brand new Jabra Bluetooth and walked away. Buyers, do not buy more than one of anything from Best Buy because they will say it is old and not stand behind their products! I am stuck with a brand new Jabra Bluetooth that I never got to use but I did pay for. Best Buy will not be in my mind when I need to purchase anything going forward. It is one satisfied customer at a time that builds a company and it is one unsatisfied customer at a time that will cause a company to fail and fold. I am very much so unsatisfied with Best Buy's lack of quality and its frankly dismissive attitude towards refunds or credit returns! Buyer beware.

My friend and I came in with to get a remote car starter installed after having been purchased over a month ago and an appointment booked. We looked for a garage we could pull into but only found a single one with the door closed. We ventured into to have the first person at the door direct us to the Geeksquad. The Geeksquad member proceeds to walk us over to the back of the garage where there were two employees there. They asked if we had the remote starter on us which we didn't. We awkwardly walked back towards the desk next to Geeksquad called customer service pick up/drop off and grabbed the remote starter there. That employee directed us back to the garage where we were then able to sign the appropriate paperwork and start the installation process. He informed us it could take up to two hours so we decided to grab lunch. About an hour after, we received a call to inform us it was all set and to return to the garage. As we still hadn't eaten, we asked if we can come later to pick it up. He said as long as it's before 8 pm, then its not a problem at all. He patiently showed us how to use the remote starter and that is included a lifetime warranty. Will come again!

Avoid these crooks at all costs!! They allowed someone with a phony ID purchase a phone under my wife's name fraudulently. Instead of making things right and exerting a little effort to fix their mistake, their GM said basically "tough luck- we followed all proper procedures ". We've filed a complaint with the BBB and also contacted our attorney. Beware- these people are incompetent.

The place was a mess, I am in a wheelchair and multiple isles were covered with product that needed to be put on the shelf causing a major osha violation. When I went to the toy aisle in the far back right corner stuff was scattered everywhere. I found the chia pet I was looking to purchase, only to find out when I got home it expired in August 2022. I also wanted to buy razor gift wrap paper which I located, but had no price on it and ended up paying a disgusting amount. I was not asked for my phone number to apply points. Today when I tried to call and make my complaints to a manager I went on a wild goose hunt with being directed to workers in India. Do not call the phone number they provide on google as you will not get in touch with anyone at the store.

They literally take appointments for the Apple Genius Bar, and they don't have one in the store. And nobody knows anything about Apple products except how to take your money.

Stay away from Best Buy. Bought a TV that broke after 3 weeks, $260. They said their return policy is only 2 weeks and wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. Shop anywhere else to get better customer service skills.

Although they have lots of good products many at good prices it's the best buy business that's a problem. I bought an appliance from Best Buy and it took seven deliveries two of which they didn't show up for and didn't call after I waited five hours each, one time they showed up with a very dented one. They don't show up they get you up at 6:30 am. They sent me literally 50 emails and 50 texts they keep leading you Do their website for more information but they don't tell you what you're looking for so you are you spend a lot of time not knowing what they want to tell you and you don't want to not confirm an appointment or find out they're sending you the wrong thing so you keep looking. There were at least 60 phone calls back-and-forth to try to straighten things out about this one appliance. Do you know how much time that takes up of your life? Their information constantly contradicts some thing you've been told before. Their ability to can communicate with each other and you the constant is almost often contradictory. They even made appointments for me which they didn't tell me about at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday. They canceled appointments I didn't even know about. Apparently my time is worth nothing. If you are working be prepare to lose your job. Countless hours are spent for nothing, particularly on hold, getting bad information and with useless appointments. Just yesterday I had two appointments at the Best Buy store, neither of which was kept by them because what they told me on the phone and what the store says is completely different. I did try to call ahead to the exact store, but even with the local number I got the same people who told me they could replace the glass on my iPhone while I waited (no I have to give it up for three days) told me it was covered by my total tech, neither of those two things were true. I also had an appointment with the car people because my phone and car we're having issues and when I found them they said they don't do that , They had no appointment for me and they were going home in a half an hour and they would I've had to charge me money. Over the phone everything was free and happening in person nothing happened and none of it would've been covered by my total tech plan that promised me so much when I was buying it and everything over the phone You get to write the people on the phone after a call, but that's not the problem they are all very nice but they don't have any information or the information they have isn't correct and you eventually talk to so many different people who have different opinions on everything. Customer service is not quantity it's quality.

I'll never again buy anything online from Best Buy, especially for delivery. Two days ago I ordered a Samsung tablet on line and selected free delivery "by tomorrow." I only live 8 miles from the store so I could have just driven there and picked it up. It's still sitting at the store and they haven't even sent it out. I got the runaround and more runaround trying to just go pick it up and finally the matter was turned over to a "specialist" (translated "jackass") who explained that I could not convert from delivery to pickup and my only option was to apply for a replacement after 12-31. This made absolutely no sense since the tablet per tracking is sitting in Everett, and it's only February. I have to wait until December 31 and ask for a replacement? He wouldn't even let me cancel the order. Maximum disappointment. Update: 2-16-22. This morning I found an email from Best Buy (maybe they read the review) which says "We're working on shipping this item. It's unlikely, but if your item isn't available by Tue, March 1, we'll issue a refund." So that means they don't even stock this item, and my best guess is it's only shown as available for pickup or next day delivery to hook you and then upsell you when you can't actually get it. At least I don't have to wait until year's end for my refund from this deceptive company. But something tells me I'll be getting my refund over there today.... Update 12:50 p.m. 2-16-2022. These folks have absolutely no problem lying. An email from Best Buy dated 10:07 PM Feb. 15, entitled "Item(s) Delayed" says in relevant part "We're working on getting your item(s) to you....As soon as your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking details." That would mean they have not yet shipped as of that late hour. Now today, 2-16-22 I have received an email that says: "Your order has been returned to the store and a refund is coming." I touched the "View Order Status" button and found "We made an attempt yesterday, but weren't able to deliver your package." This is blatantly false because if true it would mean they both shipped and tried to deliver to a residence after 10:07 p.m. yesterday. The tracking record only has 3 entries, all today: 8:27 a.m. A driver has been assigned. 10:31 a.m. Your package is on its way. 10:32 a.m. Delivery not attempted, delivery exception. Sound like CYA??? Yup. I've made purchases from Best Buy for decades. They get nothing more from me ever.

I placed an order for pick up at a later time near closing on Black Friday. The order was scheduled to be picked up the same say but I never got a confirmation email yet. Customer service told me they were behind and would not allow me to pick it up. I spoke to Kevin by passing customer service and he was able to help process and find my tv for pick up the same day after closing pretty much. Great service, did not expect that!
