I had a great experience. Actually liked the way they organize the room, there are a lot of complaints in here about it but if you don’t get to a show early don’t complain about your position on the floor. Drinks under $20, can’t complain comparatively. Sound system is really solid. Atmosphere is a good.It’s not a big venue and if you’re going to a dance party you should expect to get bumped, possibly hit, and have water or alcohol spilled or thrown on you. But it would have been a 5* experience if there weren’t people bumping into me from behind the roped area the entire night.

My husband and I arrived to the club at 10pm. We ordered one drink and were on the dance floor. My friend arrived between 11-1130pm. She tried getting a drink but had a hard time. I told her I would get it for her since we were waiting for Akon to show. I went to the bartender in the middle. When got to the front of the bar a second person arrived to my left and another woman arrived to my right. When the bartender finished the order she was doing she skipped over me and the guy and went straight to the girl to my right. She was making her drinks and speaking to her by first name and asking her about the people she was with, mentioning first names. I told the bartender excuse me but I was first. She ignored me and proceeded to hand over the drinks to the lady. Once done she went over to the guy to the left of me. He told the bartender "She was actually before me" The bartender looked at him and said "Do you want a drink or not?" He looked at me and said "Sorry I tried". My friend over heard and saw what happened and told me she would just get her drink. My friend then comes up to me and said the bartender told her she was not serving her. My friend went to another bartender and was ale to get her first drink. Then when she came back to the dance floor a security guard came up saying I had to leave. This was all during when Akon was already out. My husband and I were walked over near the bathrooms and spoken to. My husband was very upset, I just decided to stay quiet because honestly we wen to encore to see Akon, booked a room and were taken out during the show. After being spoken to for a while the security guard stated we could go back. I'm not sure why I was escorted out and had to miss the sow I prepaid for.I am writing this because if it was due to the bartender she used her power to get me escorted out inappropriately. It left a very bad memory of my night with my husband and makes me very reluctant to ever go back. I have been to this club now 3 times. It is a far drive for me. I was hoping to leave with a good memory and spent a lot of money that weekend staying at Encore.This was a disappointing night and I wish I did not buy tickets to go because it was truly ruined by that incident.I really out to the front desk which provided with me with email and phone number of club management to reach out to. I have not heard back from anyone

Really awesome if you want to be elbowed by a bunch of Boston bros. Terribly douchebag friendly. Not worth $10, but that won’t stop techbros from spending money to make the Boston music scene even worse.

Beautiful club, but the employees are horrible, I've witnessed a few of them touching females customers inappropriately they should be in jail.

Paid for a table, went outside for 5 minutes and didn’t let me in. The guards make assumptions on those who they think are drunk. I only had one drink and I wasn’t wobbly like they assumed. I was talking to my friend and laughing. It was really bad service and I am very offended by this. Spending money for a table is not worth it. This is a club and people are supposed to have fun, if fun means you are a liability, then do not come.

If ur looking for jersey shore vibes this the places … wish they mix it up with reggae, r&b and some hip hop but it was okay .. the bouncer was rude though

I wish the space was utilized more efficiently! The dance floor is tiny and right in the middle of everything so it makes it harder for people to get in and out without bumping into security + the people from the VIP sections. It was weird because the sections were on the perimeter surrounding the dance floor, which made it extremely overcrowded (it definitely felt like a fire hazard) - The music/DJ was okay. It probably would’ve been better if I was drunk but the drinks were like $18 so maybe not lol only gave it 2 stars because they let me keep my water bottle and my friend had a good time dancing!

Damaged goods is the worst DJ ever. We did not have a good time at all. He played full 4 minute songs and is the worst at reading the crowd energy. Worst drops ever and songs were outdated. I could play a better playlist in Spotify

Terrible bouncers. Friends and I kicked out for absolutely zero reasoning. Bouncers full of themselves and bartenders don't know right from left, 0/10 would i recommend. The Grand is 100% superior.

It’s a scam. Spent $100 on tickets for Nelly just to watch him perform for 20 minutes. Drinks are overpriced and the club has no vibes. People were just standing around doing nothing. It would be more effective lighting your money on fire.

"A night club at a luxury casino hotel": Contrary to your thinking, the experience here is poor!There is a small dance floor, and much of it is reserved for VIP tables. The event's theme was Dance/Electronic but the music was nowhere close, with the playlist being lousy.Management must re-organise the dance floor area and control foot traffic. This is not a place I would recommend. The money would be better spent on the roulette tables downstairs.P.S. the bouncers here think they work for the Mémoire Secret Service! lol!

Do not book a VIP Table, you can fly yourself cheaper to Vegas and have a great time. $1500 wasted. The bottle girl was getting confused on the bottle as they have to be removed every 20 minutes and was serving the other table our bottle!!
