Very unprofessional. Scheduled a day with them for some service and when I showed up they told me they were understaffed and couldnt do it and told me to come back tomorrow. So I texted them the next day to confirm I wasn’t wasting my time and going there and they told me “unfortunately we can not do that service” which I was very confused about because I just saw you yesterday and you could of told me that or the first day I went in to schedule it. It’s almost as if they were not listening to me the first day I went there and talked about what service I needed. I didn’t give them 1 star because they couldn’t do the service but because the lack of professionalism to not call your customer when you know you couldn’t do the service and then telling me 2-3 days later after seeing you 2 times that you couldn’t do the service. TERRIBLE ?

Been going here the last 2 years as I work around the corner. The took great care of my 04 Grand Marquis fixing numerous issues, always at a fair price. Bought my first car a 2012 528i bmw from this business. The whole process was a handled professional by both the owner Kevin and mechanic Dennis. Kevin sold me a great car that drives perfectly. Dennis the mechanic even came in on his day off to work on my car. Overall the experience was a pleasure thanks to both the Kevin owner and Dennis the mechanic.
