I give it 3 stars because the customer service I received from 2 out of 3 staff members was excellent. One person was rather rude on the phone when we were discussing a large increase in my storage fee. I asked if we could wiggle on the price and if not I would need to look elsewhere. I felt the monthly rate was high given the condition of this location, a old, very large brick and wooden building. He seemed incensed and asked where I would go. I mentioned the other facility I already use and he muttered something and hung up. BUT....other than that I did have a decent experience because of the employees courtesy and assistance.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially when there was an issue with water leakage. They didn’t hesitate to give me insurance claim info and to offer a new unit. I highly recommend this extra space location!
