I love Everett Co-Operative Bank. Everyone is helpful and friendly.My recommendation would be for there to be a coin-counting machine - this would make it a step above the rest. It is the only thing holding my other account back at another bank.

Iv been along time customer at ECB & have never had a problem . All the customer services people are great & the tellers are too. At times it can get busy there but extra people always jump in to help . Patty frati is alway very personable & there to help when ever she can . I’ve had checking account issues & Marsha down stairs has always helped me through them . I always go to Paula’s Yeba for my customer service needs & shes always there to help & even if she’s busy I always get a call back promptly. That’s why I like doing business with a smaller bank like Everett co-op.

As a first time home buyer i worked with Michael Caggiano of Everett Bank.If you're not working with him for your loan then start now because he is the best in the business.Mike would answer all my questions which were a lot and explain everything to me in a way i would understand.Mike is someone who is all about Customer Service and not about himself and he showed this as he was available whenever i had to reach out to him including weekends.I want to thank Mike for all his help and time and making my home buying process a great experience.

Been a customer there for atleast 17 years, but I'm out of there. Incompetent ppl the manager I spoke to today trying to speak to me like I dont understand what I am talking about. Had to speak to 2 others no one could help. Last time I checked customer is always right. I am out of there will not do business with them ever again. I dont understand why work with people if your customer service skills are horrible. Smh.

Micheal Caggiano was very helpful and always available through our refinancing. He got all the information in one shot and didn't waste anytime getting us they best deal. Highly recommend Everett Co-operative Bank. We tried some other banks prior to them and the process was long and arduous. If you want to get this process done . This is the bank to use.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and we were nervous about the whole process. Mike caggiano helped us out and he made life so much easier. He had everything ready to go one step ahead every single time. He answered every one of our questions at any time and believe me I asked a million questions . We closed in under 30 days. I highly recommend mike, as he made the process smooth and took the worries out for us both.

Finding a bank and a Loan Officer that takes their time and explains everything to you is tough these days. With rates going up and down and the process being very difficult it’s always hard to find someone who will explain everything to you and go as slow as you need them to go. Mike Caggiano was that person for me. He made the process so easy and was very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question. Mike from start to finish answered all my calls and made sure I knew exactly what was going throughout the entire process. I would recommend everyone to work with Mike not only because of how great he was but he also got us the best rates out there. I searched and searched and did not find a better rate than Mike provided. Mike is not only the best in the business but he is very trustworthy. In this type of process you need someone that can explain everything and is very knowledgeable and also someone that you can trust is acting in your best interest. If I was to do the process of refinancing again 100/100 times I would go with Mike. Wish there were more people like him because I felt confident and safe in his hands. I recently re-financed my mortgage with Everett Co-op and the process was smooth and easy. I dealt with Eric, who was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions about which loan terms were perfect for my situation. I never had any trouble getting through to anyone, which is more than I can say for some of the bigger banks out there. I would recommend this bank to anyone starting out with a new mortgage or re-financing.
