I included the pictures of my concerns which I shared with the frost desk who offered to bring me clean sheets. Despite the fact that I told it was NOT only the sheets but the bed itself. No one seemed interested in my concerns.

Woken up at 4 AM by a truck loading I do know what during half an hour. Waited for a poor sandwich for half an hour. Avoid if you can. Too expensive too.

One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room was right next to the lobby and the back door entrance, so we heard everything all night. The bathroom floor was sticky and clearly hadn’t been mopped. The smoking section outside was immediately below the air vent to our AC/heat and we had to ask the gentleman smoking pot outside to move since he was accidentally hot boxing our room. On arrival back late at night there was no parking - none. We asked where to go and the worker instructed us to park next door at pep boys - and informed us in no uncertain terms if we were towed, they were not liable, with some attitude to boot. Shower floor had some strange hair / fibers and the sink fixtures were loose. Will never be back and would never recommend this location to anyone. Stay away.

First room was hot no AC. Moved to second room. False fire alarms at 3am and 6:20am. Firemen said they get false alarms every day. Only reason I booked it was to sleep after flight was cancelled

Good hotel. You can be in Boston in about half an hour. The rooms are well equipped and sufficiently large. They were also clean. Our room had the window facing the street, which was unfortunately a bit noisy. But price/performance fits.
