Worst bank ever!!! Horrible customer sevice! If you want spend an hour of your day waiting in the drive through line at Ferry Street, this is the bank for you.

Went to Eagle To open a CD took all of 15 minutes not hassle at all. Great customer service.

Friendly staff but it takes forever to do anything. They rely heavily on customer interaction which is nice but if like to be in and out. If your under 50 prob not a bank for you.

Rude, ignorant, and turned a simple transaction into an interrogation. I was asked for my social, work history, and first born child, to simply cash a $200 check for a youth sports program. I'm from MA with a valid state id and multiple 2nd forms of id. I will never step foot in, nor except payments from Eagle Bank again.

I have had an ATM card for years ... When it expired Eagle Bank took it upon themselves to send me a debit card ... When I went there in February to switch the debit to ATM Eagle Bank lowered my daily limit .... It has been a non issue till the last couple days.... While trying to get my limit back to $500 ..... I felt this screw You attitude coming through the phone.... I surrender you won..... Eagle Bank won this battle but I will win the war by changing banks ..... After I get my affairs in order good bye Eagle bank we have been together since the 1970's almost 50 years of me patronizing this bank and this is the thanks I get .....

Avoid doing business with this bank. They have made what should be the simplest of next to impossible for out of state customers.

sucks....nice having it right next to my girl but costumer service is garbage over the phone. being out of state makes this not the bank to have they'll shut down the acct. if too much is happening. if there are limits, they should call the costumer and let them know!

Like surly? passive aggressive customer service and telephone asssistance? inept bank personnel armed with arcane policies, who really can't be bothered listening? Sign up for one of their checking accounts, apply for a loan, open a CD, or cash in your pennies & receive the bauble du jour and a whole lot of hoops to jump through. Sadly the lack of investment in the local population is not as much of a concern as opening up branches at every half mile interval... it wasn't always this way, but they are no longer a neighborhood bank concerned with neighborhood issues. Shoulda gone to Citizens or Sovereign, @ least I'd get a decent ROI for impersonality.
