I believe its the shop owner of this location, he is very rude when dealing with people. If you’re going to be a business owner at least improve your communication skills especially when others speak to you politely.

Charlie and his crew are amazing! I have a 2010 Chevy with over 185k miles on it. I thought I lost her (my car) for sure yesterday. I brought it to Charlie and the drive is now the smoothest it's been in years!!!
