It is not crazy busy, but there is no gas station, and the traffic to get in and out of the plaza it is pretty heavy, I recommend going late afternoon for a better traffic experience.

For the TIRE CENTER… please get a new front desk personnel that is actually helpful. JENNIFER was extremely unhelpful. She did not understand what comparable tires are. I went to the danvers Costco and bought my four tires there with no problem.

Check in person stopped only us on our way in to check our card, we didn’t hear them and repeated themselves to us like we were stupid. Wouldn’t have said anything till we turned around a new crowd of people were coming in and the check in person did not ask a single person for their card, we were the only ones stopped and the only people of color. all the white people continued on. Which made me believe we were spoke to in a condescending manner because they assumed we didn’t english

The place was huge and had lots of big quantity food and I recommend getting the hotdog at the food court because a hotdog and a drink together only cost 1.50$

Kirkland cashews had maggots at the bottom. (Sadly) I didn’t realize until eating 20% of the bag. The customer service desk gave an attitude and joked they need a full bag. That’s not the Costco return policy in writing. Cancelled my membership - can only imagine if they give cashews a hard time what a larger return would be like.
