“Look, the market is very good, the only problem is that I waste a lot of time talking to the butcher because he is a very good person and the agent always chats a lot, I highly recommend, kisses”

“When I walked in and saw the hand written sign, inside a bodega, I had high hopes. This place is the real deal!! The meat is flavorful in their street style tacos, which is crucial, since it’s just meat and tortilla with onion/cilantro. The tamales taste like my family in Puebla makes, took me straight home. I also had the Gordita which was perfectly crispy and not too thick, with all the appropriate fillings and toppings. I slathered mine in the red salsa they have which is the perfect amount of heat that made my cheeks flush. Do NOT sleep on the tamarindo agua fresca - whoa, a work of art, if you know what it takes to make it. My partner had the empanadas and they were flaky and the filling was seasoned enough to punch through the crust. They recently upgraded their 2 tiny tables to 3 tables that seat 4 each. Run don’t walk. This place is a gem. ? Make sure you order at the register and don’t forget to finish off your meal with some esquites (pic) or fruta “loca”. ?I drive from the North Shorw to get my taco / Mexican food fix here!”

“I speak only a little Spanish, and most customers seemed to speak only Spanish. It is like leaving the US while just visiting a local store. They have good to go, coffee, a butchers station with fresh steaks, some household goods, etc. I was getting my car worked on at the garage across the street so I was glad to find this cool store.”

“Guy working here alone on 3/5/2024 at around 1:40 AM in the early morning is the best. I went in to get some WD-40 while wearing a Dune shirt and the cashier noticed immediately and we had a fun conversation regarding the Denis Villeneuve film Dune 2. Of all places to have a fun conversation regarding film, 7-11 would have been the last, but the cashier made it a fun encounter.”

“So far great 7-11 experience. Friendly staff during our visit, helped us find for a specific drink.Clean interior, bright lights, modern drink machines. Hot dogs and other hot food items cleanliness could be improved. The plastic shopping bag was a bit weak, need to double bag it.”

“Fastest CVS in the area. Staff are always pleasant and willing to help. Never felt like a burden with them unlike other CVS’s in the surrounding area.

Only downfall is the traffic is horrendous in the plaza. They need more than one exit”

“I prefer this 7-11 location to other ones in my area and just other corner stores near me in general, due to the staff is very friendly and the place is always spotless. The prices are also not too bad and I have never experienced purchasing anything bad from expiration or just in general for whatever reason, like I have at a few other corner stores in that area. They also have their own little parking lot which does fill up fast and no matter what time of day, morning or night, that place is busy. They have donuts that are fresh and I think their glazed ones taste better then dunks. My 7 year old would definitely agree because we stop by all the time before school so she can get one. They never are oily or hard and they are never sticky from melting sugar. Their fountain drinks are always ice cold and really a good price. The hot food they sell are very low priced and not that bad. They sell a lot of them. I really like their hotdogs which normally is not my thing. They are all beef. Their cheese pizza too is better than a lot of places I've tried. You can get it by the slice or a whole pizza for like less than 10 bucks. I think it's actually closer to $5 for a whole pizza. Insane huh? And it really is worth it. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh and bold tasting. They sell a lot of winning scratch tickets too.”

“Decent Walgreens. The lines are long at certain times of the day, so I suggest they add a self-checkout option to mitigate that. Additionally, I once called the pharmacy and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. While on hold, I found the waiting music disruptive and off-putting. The music would alternate with a louder message explaining why I was on hold. It must have alternated at least seven times. This store should implement a mechanism to allow people on hold to get a call back instead of staying on hold. Other than that, courteous staff, well-stocked store, and effective pharmacy.”
