Clip and Dip is excellent.I have been going here for many years .I have 2 cats and have always received excellent service. I never have to wait long and Joan has a way of relaxing my cats. So glad i found Clip and Dip.

DO YOURSELFVA FAVOR AND RUN . JOANNE AND HER TEAM CUT MY DOGS PAD OFF ITS BACK LEG. WHEN I PICKED UP DOG I TOLD HER HE BLEEDING SHE SAID PUT YOUR FINGER ON IT. FOR REAL SHE LOOKED AT IT SAID HE MOVED A LOT..MY POOR DOG WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN AND TOOK IT TO THE VET.HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT IF THE DOG MOVED A LOT ALL YOU HAD TONSAY IS SORRY I COULDN'T CUT HIS BACK NAIL INSTEAD YOU ACTED LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN.SO, UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE RUN RUN

Brought our 2 Maine Coon cats there they were very accommodating without an appointment. Their staff is well trained by the owner Joan. Very friendly people with very good prices.Jim &Margaret

I have been taking my dog for haircuts at Clip and Dip for close to 2 years now and we have always had a great experience up until now. It breaks my heart to write this but I don't want this to happen to any other dog! We brought our dog in for a haircut and she was returned to us bleeding and covered in scratches and what appeared to be razor burn. That night, she did not sleep, she cried all night and was sincerely uncomfortable and in pain. We ended up having to take her to the vet and $200 later she is now on antibiotics for the cuts from her haircut as they were worried of infection based on the cytology findings. I would really like to think that this is a one off situation but I can no longer trust bringing my dog here and having this happen again. I contacted Joan to inform her that this had happened and offered to send her the pictures, but she only wanted to see them the next time that we come in, which we unfortunately will not be doing due to these circumstances. She did apologize, but failed to take accountability for what had happened and insisted that it must have been brush marks. Brushing a dog should not cause bleeding and marks to this extent (please see photos).
