My experience at this store was terrible.the two sales reps they have are terrible..dont know how to speak correct grammer and dont know what the hell they doing.The one hispanic girl just told me i do you later?..this happened today 12/31/2023 at 3:30pm..Find another store,never go here

Went to Boost to get a new sim card for my new iphone and to activate my account. The owner said my phone was defective and I had to go back to apple and get a new phone. Mind you I got this phone yesterday. The thing is I know how boost is, and how they are awful at doing their job. End of the story is he said he couldn’t do it because of my “defective” phone. I got home and called boost, it took 2 minutes to activate. Honestly I don’t know how people call themselves professional when they can’t even activate a line. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I purchased an expensive cell phone. I heard a complaint from someone the 1st that my phone cut off my call. I thought was the caller by the 2nd week I got 2 other people complaining. I went to Boost for help. They said it past 7 days and they could not help with the phone. Shame on boost after I have a plan for years with them and could not help me with my new phone.

This store was my last hope after visiting four other locations with horrible experiences. I was blown away by her service and knowledge. She was very kind and helpful. I did purchase the new cell phone and I highly recommend this store. The owner is very lucky to have a great employee like her..
