My brother brought his dog here for a routine check up and due to their negligence he died. They had told my brother that they had to give him oxygen but never was told how long the dog had been in distress. Instead the dog was brought out on a flat bed because he couldn’t walk, again they assured him Thor was fine that he just needed rest and to go home. Thor ended up dying on the ride home.

My 2 k9 girls, 2 feline boys all go to Banfield. Very friendly and professional. They saved both my girls many of times. They helped them to live beyond expectations.

Coleman helped me get set up with the required RX cards to get my cat’s prescription food going forward. She was very kind and helpful! This will make my next visits to PetSmart even easier, so I appreciate it.

EVERY TIME I CALL I HAVE TO CALL AT LEAST 9-15x FOR ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UPSETTING. IM FORCED TO DRIVE 30-40 min AWAY FOR AN APPT AT THE CAMBRIDGE LOCATION BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER THE PHONE

Poor service, the veterinarian left the message with the secretary to say that he was not in the store, because they did not want to attend an emergency of another banfield. I’m going to cancel my dog’s plan and I don’t recommend it to anyone!!!!!

I had my puppy their once, I didn't like how they grabbed my baby n placed him straight in a cage. I heard him howling n asked how much longer n they said he had to be placed in a cage until they were able to do his exam. I told them just to give me my puppy he was shaking and I didn't get the exam I just got my baby n left never looked back. Now both he and his brother are at a new vet n they love their vet. Wouldn't suggest Banfield at all.

UNPROFESSIONAL they could care less. I’ve been going with my 2 year old reactive dog for about 2 years and they never know how calm him down I mean you guys went to vet school or whatever to know about this. It is ridiculous. I went in today at 8:05 AM after they sent me home 2 times. I went in and they didn’t even try. They told me to wait in the car and no I was waiting for one hour no one called me back. So I called and they told me to go home and that a vet would call me. No call from them either. They have no respect and I’m canceling the wellness plan and going to a different hospital that’s much better and actually understands a dogs behavior and know how to cooperate with that.

Before COVID they took 40 minutes in a comprehensive visit, now they forced me to leave my dog there for up to ten hours!!! I can not believe is not fair your dog has to be in a cage until his turn but they take until 30 pets in a day all of them at the same time between 8-10 am. They don’t open Monday Saturday they don’t take emergency, the worst service I’ve ever seen.

What is the point on paying $60 a month if I can’t not even see a veterinary in person. Every time my dog has an appointment, they say they only have drop off visits in which they leave my dog in a cage for 5-6 hours to be seen for 10 min. When you go there, the receptionist is nowhere to be seen and I have had to wait even 20 min until someone comes out. If you call it will take around 5 calls for them to answer. They are only open 4 days a week which is ridiculous considering that they never have available appointments. Don’t waste your time or money here.

After reading about this place and Banfield as a whole, I would like to warn every pet owner to avoid this location and Banfield as a whole. They come off as very welcoming but when you really need them, they are an absolute no show.Like many chain businesses, focus is on profit and nothing more. Staff are overworked and overwhelmed, they do not listen to anything you say and simply repeat what they want. Like many of the negative reviews stated, this is by all means not a pet hospital. It’s a smaller section at the back of every pet smart and they will do anything to make a few bucks.This was our second year with them and I cancelled my future wellness plans. My puppy was vaccinated or so I was told with something and within a day he was vomiting, diarrhetic and blood in his stool. Multiple calls to get him in for a check up was a no go. They would say someone would call us back but they never did and the next available appointment was a month a away.

The kind team at Banfield Everett squeezed a visit in for my hurt pup in last minute, and were so kind and attentive. They took great care of my dog and I’m so grateful for everything! Thank you!

I pay their most expensive wellness’s plan, and the folks aren’t even capable of keeping my dog’s vaccines up to date. The only reason I learned of this was because I required his vaccine information for a grooming appointment. I was most recently here less than 4 months ago, unbelievable. Ohh and they’re always backed up, and short staffed somehow.

I am happy that I have a place to go that will take care of my dog ?? Toby. Yesterday was experience for me. Toby first teeth cleaning and of course he was put under anesthesia. I was nervous but they assured me that they would take good ? care of Toby. All went well. Toby is 2years&6months.
