This is a long overdue review of Avanti Motors after purchasing a 2011 Kia SOUL there in 02/2023. To cut to the chase, what really makes this dealership special are the owners, Mustafa and Rida. Both of these gentleman are friendly, honest, kind and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Were there minor problems with the SOUL that surfaced after my purchase? Yes. Did Rida and Mustafa go out of their way to make sure that these issues were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction? Absolutely! They, along with their mechanics, bend over backwards to ensure that the pre-owned vehicle you buy from them is in the best condition possible. A more pleasurable experience buying a used car I could not have had!
Update: it's been one year since I purchased my Kia SOUL from Mustafa and Rida at Avanti Motors and I could not be happier! Aside from routine maintenance, which I've had Avanti's mechanics perform, I have had to deal with no major problems. At the risk of being redundant, I'll say that not only does Avanti Motors have a great selection of vehicles, at very affordable prices, but the two owners are the kindest, most trustworthy gentlemen that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

My experience with these two people is a very bad experience, even though they are Arabs like me and the person who sent me to them is also an Arab, but they were not honest with me and they lied to me and gave me a car that had problems and the motor in the car was faulty and they did not explain this problem to me. The motor burns oil after 1000 miles so that I would not discover this. The problem is that they changed new oil for the car for 3,000 miles before they sold it to me. When I discovered this problem and confronted them about it, they told me that the motor’s warranty is one month, and you have had it for more than a month. I told them that it does not make sense to drive the car for 2,000 miles in a month. It must be more than a month. They said, “We won’t be able to.” We fix the problem because the warranty on the used car is only one month, and I assure you that they were not honest and knew that the motor had a problem. These people, Mustafa and Reda, are not honest and they always say good things before you buy the car, and after you buy the car, the treatment is different and they appear as they really are. A very bad experience with them and I do not advise anyone to deal with them. Knowing that I filed a lawsuit in Chelsea court, but it was in their favor because they had paper saying that the warranty on the used car is only one month on the motor and transmission only.

I bought two trucks and Toyota Prius from AVANTI Motors Everett , really was the right decision, they provide excellent service, the financing is all very good, Reda attended to us with great patience and kindness, he helped us with everything, the people there are also very kind. The cars I got are in excellent condition. They have vehicles in good condition.I wanted to say thank you for making easy and comfortable the process of buying vehicles.Staff was well trained and owner was friendly and polite towards us .Got ourselves a great deal !We will definitely recommend AVANTI MOTORS Everett to family and friends ?

They were really nice people, butttttttt, the car I test drove had terrible quality, they said it would pass inspection and there were no issues for the car. The paint was peeling and was rusting and under the car it got worse, I sent the pictures to my Mechanic and he immediately told me the shock looked broken and they did a micky mouse weld job, I didn’t tell him I was test driving and just sent the pictures of the underneath. They wanted I think 6500$ and only said they would drop 500$ on the car, would not recommend here, if you don’t have knowledge of cars and car quality because they will rip you off.
