These people are mad rude, specially the old white lady is rude as hell, she is out here calling everyone honey to cover his rudeness which in my opinion is so unethical, the Indian dude grabbed my lottery ticket out of my hand when I handed it to him for verification.

If I could give this a 0 star I would the Indian lady who wears glasses a mask and hair pulled back in a ponytail needs to be fired now! she provides horrible customer service and is rude to the customers for no reason whatsoever. When my card payment didn't go through she proceeded to yell out the fact that my card was declined not once but twice, embarrassing me infront of the whole store. if this is the type of workers seven eleven is willing to hire they need to be out of business ??

Terrible management, I just wasted my time walking here in the cold. But, wasn't able to make my purchase because for whatever reason the manager told the trainee that she wasn't able to take bills larger than $20 GTFOH, I guess they don't want money. I hope this 7/11 closes soon because it has more problems than anything.

I can't give them 1 star because it's my to go place in the middle of the night because it's close to my place but in the previously couple months it's been a hard to handle the bad cashiers at this place. It looks like there's no restocking because the aisles look empty from 3pm and on and you can't get a pizza there after 7pm because they say we are out of pizza. Man, 7-Eleven sell frozen pizza, how come they never have pizza after 7pm? Either the cashiers don't care or they have really bad logistics problems. I wish I'd know where they buy their pizza because it's the best frozen pizza in the earth. Unfortunately, since I always get home late I can't have the pleasure of getting this indulgence.

Well, I've been living in Everett for 6 years and just came back. This particular 7-Eleven store was never worthy of a review because it's a 24h place but tonight I had one of the worst experiences I ever had with a convenience store. After coming for a pizza at 11pm, after trying to get a pizza here for days (you can judge me but 7-Eleven frozen pizza it's better than lots of cheese and pepperoni pizzas from local pizza places) the cashier yelled at me after questioning they don't have pizza everytime I tried to get some. I don't think I'm ever coming back to this location. If I need a middle of night emergency I'll go to Chelsea St instead of this one.

It is ridiculous how after they scanned all the items and I was ready to pay the cashier did not had any change so i wasn’t able to purchase anything. What kind of business is this. I wonder if it is just pure laziness or does 7Eleven actually doesn’t care at all. Smh!

I went to this 7-Eleven in Everett last night around 11pm? As soon as me and my friend walked in we noticed that this tall skinny old white lady employee was staring us down. We proceeded to mind our business and look for some snacks. We collected our items and went in line to pay. As I'm standing in line, the white hag employee thought it was a good idea to YELL at me from where she was standing BEHIND the cashier counter and said "PUT UP YOUR MASK". I walked into the store with my mask, but my health has been severely harmed by constantly wearing masks. So once I was in line, in order to breathe, I put down my mask a little below my lip. I decided not to say anything when she yelled at me in the moment because I was so confused by what had happened,- I was thinking to myself "did this lady really yell at me in front of ALL these customers?". Mind you it was pretty busy in the store. So once it was our turn at the register this Indian guy completed our purchase but I had to run to the car because my friend was short. I grabbed my money, walked back in the store & I go up to the older white woman who rudely yelled at me, (by then my friend was able to complete the purchase with the money she had on her) and I calmly said "You need to know that HIPPA protects ME from needing to explain anything to you. If I don't want to wear a mask I don't need to". She began to cut me off by yelling at me AGAIN shouting "MA'AM THIS IS STATE LAW.." Then I cut her off and said "don't ma'am me I just need you to listen I'm the customer. Federal law and the constitution will always surpass state law". By then she was flipping out and yelling at me saying to get out and saying she was going to call the police. I began to raise my voice at her because she was acting like a mad woman from the moment she yelled at me & we just kept going back and forth until I decided to leave and cuss her off. The MOST disrespectful experience I've had to deal with throughout this pandemic. Me and my friend are Latin American and I know that she was discriminating us from the moment we walked in as well. 7-Eleven needs to watch their employees because I can sue for their irresponsible employees. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WEAR A MASK YOU DONT HAVE TO DOES NOT MATTER WHAT STATE OR BUSINESS YOU ARE IN. You are PROTECTED by HIPPA & ADA AND NOT REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE YOUR MEDICAL CONDITIONS TO ANYONE. This is exercise of my constitutional rights!

Cashier started yelling at me in front of customers saying I stole something. When I took everything out my pockets and proved him wrong, he still said “I don't know what you stole but I saw you and the cameras caught it†I said “call the cops†and he yelled saying “get outâ€. He embarrassed me in front of people! Happened at 12:30am today. Get him fired!
