The staff is very unprofessional and follow u around as if you are going to do something and when asked why am told because you are new never seen you before this is a gas station /store u have new people walking in there every day!!!

New girl wit the 1 long braid that works mornings and early afternoons, has a really bad attitude. Plz bring back the older lady, that used to work mornings/afternoons, she was extremely pleasant. Always made sure I felt like a valued customer and my business was appreciated

I am a regular customer at this location.however lately I try to avoid shopping here The prices have really gone up to as much as 3 times as much.my issue is the market prices on the shelf for the product are not being honored at checkout and one lady cashier that works there tells you a different price that the shelf label says and charges more money for the idem.

Worst seven eleven store I've been to... the manager is a super rude woman. I bought the wrong USB cable, after 2 hours I went to change it and it didn't. Accepted. He spoke very loudly and practically kicked me out of the store in front of many people. I was so upset about this that I then went to the nearest police station. This manager no longer works there. Very rude and rude

Don't ever try to get a job here or the Malden store. They don't pay their employees especially if you quit. They'll beat around the bush to pay you and then they never will and then they will block you. They have multiple employees that they haven't paid their I do not recommend nobody to get a job at 7-Eleven located in Everett and in Malden

It’s not even one star! Bad customer service . 18:15 on 01/21/23. Manager rude and unprofessional. I mentioned the iPhone usb cable the price it’s was incorrect and I realized after I made a payment.I decided to returned the item. The manager said she don’t refund the item. I said the item was sealed and she continue says she can’t do it. She was rude in front of other’s customers that was waiting on line. Please ever try to go to this store, you are going to have a bad experience.

They hired some older white women who apparently doesn’t like to do her job and get smart with customers. This is the second time this place hired some disrespectful old lady. Y’all need to get your employees together because I’m not going to keep dealing with this. Last time I went to that store there was a rude muslim women now this.
