“I heartily recommend Skillman Services. Andy’s approach is extremely straight-forward, which I appreciate. He has an excellent system of communication, sending a link to a quick breakdown of their findings on inspecting the car with color-coded categories from least to most urgent issues, and then follows up with a phone call to discuss findings and plan of action (he called as I did not stay at the shop). He sends out another report and follows up again with another phone call after the work is completed. I felt informed and therefore able to make educated decisions without ever feeling pushed or rushed to make specific choices. All work was done in a timely manner and ballpark estimates on time to completion were accurate. I will certainly return and anticipate becoming a regular customer.”

“Just had the best tow of my life. No, seriously. Breaking down has never been more fun. Dude tried to get my van started to save me a couple bucks. When it wouldn't start he hooked it, and was mindful of low hanging branches. Got me and the van to my mechanic”

“When my tire blew out on the interstate, I was lucky enough to catch one of the trucks picking up another car and asked for help. Their service was quick and affordable, and the people I spoke to were super nice. I had just come from the grocery store, so time was of the essence. Thankfully, they had my car towed and my tire replaced all in about 40 minutes. Because of that, I was able to get back home before my food spoiled. Thanks!!Service: Tires”
“I was made aware of this place because of a AAA call for a dead battery. The tow driver (Cody) was amazing. Took the time to check my battery even though I had called for and fully expected a tow. Instead, he ran a few tests, determined that the battery I had been sold by the dealership was bad and still under warranty, jumped the battery, and advised me to get to the dealership to get a free battery replacement. Saved me money and turned out to be much less than what the dealership was scaring me into over the phone when they insisted it was more than the battery. Fast forward and now I've been dealing with a check engine light and a problem with the gas tank shut off coming on immediately when fueling. Chris got my car in and was so helpful. He listened carefully and made sure to have everything that I was concerned about looked into. The mechanic, Gary, came back with a diagnostic, which unfortunately they can't resolve at the shop, but also checked on a break noise for me by taking the car for a drive. Turned out to be rust and nothing serious. They spent their valuable time looking at my car and giving me some honest advice for next steps... and didn't charge me a penny. Dealerships always try to rip you off, but not New Beverly Auto Clinic. If they could do the needed repair, I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.”
