I was happy buy gas at Exxon, there was 6 pumps,So you never have to wait in line very long to get you turn at 1 of there pump's....

Stopped for gas and few items and the cashier with short gray hair was so rude spoke to me like I was absolutely nothing. I would never want anyone to feel the way she made me feel so I will never go there again.

Just rude to customers, Grey haired cashier. Wife asked to use the bathroom and was told that they don't allow people to use their inside ones but we have before. Just condescending and rude and the place looked awful

Every time gas prices drop, the Exxon station in Essex, MA never changes. Right now, Premium is still $3.19 ! You travel around and everyone else is lower and nationally, it has dropped. One thing I can say, is that the staff is the best, but what gives. Highest Premium gas around these parts...ridiculous.

My father is handicapped. The rude owner came out to yell at us about parking in a handicap spot because he forgot his sticker. Im sorry he had a stroke and im trying to help him.

This is not a 24 hour gas station even though it says it is. After a roadside assistance we stopped here and even police checked in on us. This place needs to update it’s hours

Shows it is open 24 hrs, I'm now waiting on side of road for road side assistance for fuel as it is not 24 hrs service.
