Chris and the staff at Cape Ann Auto Body really helped me out this week. They were attentive and accommodating to my rather minor issue. They are a great example of a local small business that really cares and are focused on treating their customers kindly and professionally. They met and exceeded my expectations. I will be a life long customer after my experience.

My car's brakes failed two days before my vacation rental was up and I was faced with costly rentals and lodging. Cape Ann Auto Body was able to see my car that day, diagnose the issue in about 15 minutes, and have the problem resolved within 24 hours of me dropping it off. They really came through! I'd bring my car back here any time.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We were visiting the area and our car had developed a weird scraping sound when we backed up. We had a long ride home ahead of us - or, would end up stranded in Essex. Cape Ann Auto Body to the rescue! Preto was wonderful and put the car onto the lift and quickly spied the problem. He had us quickly back on the road - all fixed!! What a warm, professional, and just plain nice group of people - we need more consumer-sensitive places like Cape Ann Auto!! Thank you to everyone, for everything!! Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend!!

We love the service and friendliness of Cape Ann Auto Body. Patty and Robin managed everything for me. After being t-boned, they relieved my stress from the accident, took care of all the insurance adjustments, and made my car look brand new! They are truly a gem and I have made them my “go to” repair and maintenance shop.
